“Roots to Crown Tree Services. Oli Francis reduced height and crown of large willow. He did a good job for a reasonable price,which included the permission for a very fair price. He removed all the debris and left the area tidy.”

“I needed a washing machine fitted. Roger de Beaufort responded and fitted it the same day. I have used it and there are no apparent problems. He also had to overcome unforseen problems which were dealt with no fuss. From my experience I would recommend this man to anyone. Price quoted was as paid. All around excellent job”

“Gary Marshall seemed like friendly helpful man over the phone who is putting himself out for me and i understand we have all got bills to pay and I'm more than happy to pay the price he asked when i next get my money paid in to my bank account and pay it through my online banking account, i have been panicking about this so i really appreciate those men coming out from Dover.”

“Poor workmanship. Poor service. Incomplete work. Broken promises by contractor. Little or no support from My Builder. The only advice given was to next time take out insurance as My Builder was unable to intervene and taking legal action was not advised due the low cost of work”

“I've just had Landlord's electrical safety cert done at a distance by Steve Bailey of Bosks. I cannot praise him enough for the stress free, speedy and efficient way the job was completed. I will certainly be using him in future. Thank you Steve.”

“We needed a fire door fitted and received a quote from Ben at Resonate Carpentry. He was very professional from the start of the process right to the end. Kept me informed of delivery/fitting dates, turned up on time, and cleaned up after himself. Delighted with the service and would most definitely recommend.”

“I needed an orangery and dining room painted, walls and ceilings, and was quoted by several firms. Marek Velcs gave a very reasonable price and was able to fit in the work quite quickly. He arrived promptly each day and told us exactly what he intended to achieve, which he did without fail. He anticipated the job would take around five days but finished in slightly less, this left him free to carry out a small coving job and a ceramic tile repair which he did still within the predicted time. Throughout, his work was planned, extremely tidy and meticulously finished. I have asked him back to carry out more decoration as soon as he is free (a few weeks) I have no hesitation in recommending his services and I am very particular.”

“Had new roof installed by technicalroofingsolutions in manchester and after 2 days i have a leak but when i contacted the roofer who was recomended by MY BUILDER they dont answer the phones or reply to txts or emails and the guarantee they give you turns out to be false. This company is a joke.”

“We posted a request for some items to be wall mounted and Chris Thomas of Sinvula Solutions replied promptly and gave us a quote we were happy with and came round within a day to do the work. Chris did an excellent job was very neat and tidy and got the job done promptly to an excellent standard. He was very polite and professional and we would have no hesitation to recommend him.”

“Think really heard before hiring anyone from mybuilder. Please do not trust their feedback system for trademen. I hired a tradesperson based on their feedback and that tradesperson has done a runner after I paid him. Now @mybuilder are refusing to take steps. They don't want to know. They do not care. They do not want to penalise the tradesperson either or suspend the account. Presumably because they are paid by the tradesperson and not by end users like myself. If anyone else want to take Mybuilder to court please reach out to me as I am looking to instigate a class action against them. @Dailymailuk @Bbcwatchdog @Which”

“shires tree surgery. Wayne Pugsley quoted for a crown reduction on a cedar of lebanon tree and drastic reduction on 2 conifer trees. His quote was very reasonable and he carried out the work recently. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend his services to anyone needing tree surgery. We used him 3 years ago and stated then that we would use him again, which we have. Very happy customers. Thankyou Wayne.”

“Prunus Treecare arrived today as previously planned Communication via email and telephone from Prunus was prompt professional helpful and impartial. There was no pressure to purchase their service and they were extremely patient and helpful We are delighted with the results. There were three small birch trees at the front of the house and a willow and an English Acer out the back. They all look very neat and pleasing to the eye after Prunus had topped and reshaped them. The team left our premises pristine which was much appreciated. They were clean and tidy throughout their visit and removed all debris. I will in future use Prunus again and I have no reservation about recommending Prunus Treecare to family and friends. Thank you very much gentleman from Prunus Treecare”
