“II is the first time I have used MY BUILDER having recently moved to my current address in Perth and some decoration was needed urgently. I found that Steve Dow Painter responded to my request very quickly and completed the redecoration to a high standard. I would recommend him as a painter for any future work required”

“If you want to lose money, go to this site. They sell false data of "potential" customers. They should be convicted for such services. I do not advise anyone to work with them.”

“David Hill We recently hired Paul Barron for Chimney stack repair to lead work ,repointing and cement repair to the pot base . Water was seeping into the attic and running down chimney breast in the living room after the recent storms , we left countless messages for roofers in the Hastings area but had no replies , However Paul replied from Herne bay and was here like a shot and done a first class job,highly recommended . 07877809781”

“Hi I'm a tradesman, Gas engineer. This site is a scam. You have to pay £10 odd to be 'shortlisted' for a job which means you can just have the supposed customer details. I did this twice and the 'customer' was some random call centre in London. So I think they have people create fake jobs to get money from 'leads' fraudulently. I can't be bothered to pursue just paid £18 to stop getting harassing emails and deleted account.”

“Had D&R Asbestos removal company this morning to take down an old garage, Danny and his team arrived at the time he said he would, very professional it made a change in getting a company that were polite, cheerful, and worked without numerous tea breaks. I would highly recommend this firm if you needed any demolition work doing .”

“The trader, Kofi from Nian Concepts & Design, I hired through MyBuilder charged me money up front and did not finish his work. However, MyBuilder refused to get involved, not even wanted to help me upload the photos that I sent regardng the poor quality of work that the trader did. We could not get our money back and now have an unfinished living room alcove.”

“I hired a tiler GS Decorating through them What a mess he left, 2 days later we are still trying to clean up the dried in grout off the window frame, the window, the tiles and drainer The whole floor had to be vacuumed and washed Sent photos to my builder but they are refusing to do anything When if I asked if they had seen the photos of the mess I was told I’m not a tradesperson You don’t need to be a tradesperson to see the mess of dried in grout we cleaned What a stupid remark I have cancelled another job I had posted with them Why did they want me to send photos if they weren’t going to do anything He made vile remarks about my husband when it was me who posted the job He was here for 3 hours on two daysIn future I will use a more reputable job finder”

“Plumber called Adrian arrived very promptly. Assessed the problem very quckly and fixed it within an hour. Pointed out that there may be problems in the future to do with construction of old pipework. Service was excellent and fixed the problem that was the reason for the call out in the first place. Cost was very reasonable.”

“My job was done by Peak Roofing. It was a total replacement of a quite long flat roof. Lester assessed the job honestly pointing out the roof must be replaced; it could not be repaired. The truth of that showed when he removed the felting to expose a very rotten set of OSB. He gave a clear statement of the work to be done. He scheduled it according to the forecast for 2 days of dry, albeit cold weather. The work was completed on time and throughout Lester provided a running series of photos and short M$ videos with explanations as I was not prepared to go up on the roof. I feel confident that Lester and his team had done a totally satisfactory job in a tidy, good-humoured manner. Unreserved recommendation.Thank you Lest/PeakRoofing.”

“Shaun holleran, plasterer, very proffessional work done on my large hall, stairs and landing. Found shaun to be reliable, polite and he was happy to answer any questions asked.stripped all wallpaper, Plastered then put up coving which gave it a more proffessional finish. Would highly reccomend. Will use shaun again for further jobs.”

“I met with NS decorating Services (Nelson Smith) who gave me a quote for decorating the outside of my house. We agreed a start date and Jim and his colleague arrived on the due date. The work was completed in a day (I already have double glazing) all rubbing down, thresholds and outside cupboard doors painted as agreed both to the front and back.. All in all a very good job which was undertaken mainly my Jim who worked in the high heat of 23/24 July. All credit to you Jim a good job under difficult circumstances. Many thanks.”
