“I have never used My Builder. I am not a tradesman or a customer. However, recently just over £1000 was taken from my bank account by My Builder. I instantly called my bank and was forwarded to the fraud team. My details had been stolen and used with My Builder. I believe that My Builder owes me my money back. I have tried calling them but the phone is always engaged?! You cannot get through on the phone. I've sent emails and had no response. If anyone, customer or tradesman is thinking of using this company, I would advise to stay well clear. From reading the reviews it's all a scam and they clearly just want your money regardless of how they get it. It's disgusting that a company like this is allowed to keep going. Not only do they seem to con the tradesmen that use them and ignore genuine customers, they also seem to think its OK to take money from someone's bank account who has been a victim of fraud. Appalling.”
“Neli Limited replaced our decking with slabs. The rotting woodwork was dismantled, the ground made using imported fill and drainage channels installed exactly as we wanted. It looks stunning and, just as is Important, is safe to walk on. The job took the planned amount of time and all the rubbish was taken away and the surrounding were left 100% tidy.”

“Hi I'm a tradesman, Gas engineer.
This site is a scam.
You have to pay £10 odd to be 'shortlisted' for a job which means you can just have the supposed customer details.
I did this twice and the 'customer' was some random call centre in London.
So I think they have people create fake jobs to get money from 'leads' fraudulently.
I can't be bothered to pursue just paid £18 to stop getting harassing emails and deleted account.”
“Had D&R Asbestos removal company this morning to take down an old garage, Danny and his team arrived at the time he said he would, very professional it made a change in getting a company that were polite, cheerful, and worked without numerous tea breaks.

Pointed out that there may be problems in the future to do with construction of old pipework.
Service was excellent and fixed the problem that was the reason for the call out in the first place.
