Lost one of my parcels. However apparently they delivered it. Now I’ve sat in today for another parcel. They said they attempted to deliver it- clearly not as I’ve sat in waiting all day for it. Clowns!

Terrible company. My daughter ordered an item and paid extra for next day delivery. The item never arrived. She contacted the retailer who agreed to refund her the extra postage costs. 10 days later the item still hadn’t arrived. When she woke on Sunday morning, she checked the Hermes tracker which had been updated to say the item had been delivered and signed for (now get this) at 12.31 am in the morning. A check of our cctv showed that no delivery had in fact taken place. After several emails to the retailer, they have finally agreed to repay my daughter and have opened a case with Hermes (Good luck with that one!!)

For the 2nd Christmas running they have "lost" an expensive pair of trainers ordered for a family member. They are currently doing a sweep of their warehouse....I think I know what the outcome will be. Driver had them xmas eve morning, and now they've disappeared into thin air. Terrible company

Most of their drivers are thieves. Please don't use them . They steal your parcel and say their delivered your parcel yet they didn't . Please keep far away from them

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a christmas present for my sister through LookFantastic. They are also poor and unhelpful, and poorly trained however that's another poor review that I need to write. Delivery was due by Hernes on the 12th December. Almost daily, I received an email stating that it is out for delivery, and then when looking at the tracking, at the end of the day when not received it would just say "delivery cancelled" you cant speak to to them as they dont allow real human interaction and when when you do get through by carrier pigeon, they tell you to speak to the retailer. Guess what, when you do that (Look Fantastic) you wait for a minimum of 20 mins, where they tell you that they cant get an update for 48 hours and that there is nothing that they can do about it. What service in today's day and age do you have to wait 48 hours for a response? Ooh I know, HERMES. So now it's the 29th December and still nothing. So that's 15 days for a 3-5 day delivery service. This is the regular picture for anything delivered by Hermes "because they are cheap". Pay peanuts, get monkeys.....Compare these cowboys to a company like DPD and it beggars beleif how they are still trading. What other reputable company score less than 2 out of 5 from nearly 3000 reviews? I rest my case.

I ordered two parcels from different online stores in plenty of time for Christmas. I’m still waiting for them. Worst company ever. I would prefer If retailers would start using reputable company’s. These guys don’t care a toss. Next day delivery and they still lose your items

Never had a good experience in my area. They don't seem able to match parcels with addresses. Their contact system is ineffective unless to want to pay 55p a minute to talk to someone to find out where your parcel ended up!!! I don't understand why any retailers use them.

There ought to be a 0 star rating. I ordered from France on 6th December received by Hermes on 14th & now they've lost my packet even though it's a signed for item. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No email, phone number is automated reply, they say they have live chat but it's a stupid automated 'service' which doesn't get you anywhere. I had to set up a case through Resolver on 19th so I have at least got some contact from them. Only problem is even though I've had emails from them, every one is from a different person asking me the same questions. My last email to them yesterday (27/12) was asking for the details I should give the retailer so they could sort it out between them. The reply I had was that I should ask the retailer to contact them!!! So yet another waste of a day waiting for their details. I have never known such incompetence. THEY are the ones who've lost my packet & yet I'm the one supposed to be doing all the running around. Since then I've had to place the order again but have paid 4 euros extra to have a different delivery company. If I find that a website uses Hermes, then they will never get my business again. Hermes haven't even admitted that they've lost my parcel, I was the one to tell them that they'd obviously lost it. I am terminally ill so could do without all this hassle. They really DO NOT CARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

MyHermes are unreliable and completely uninterested in the customer once they have received payment. If you try to complain you are sent half way around the world to talk to a robot which is, of course, primed with set responses. It is now 16 days since my parcel was collected and lost by their courier and they are not remotely interested. I have had to give them one star because I wanted to write this review, they should get 0.

Can a company who put customer service or customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business be taken seriously if they use Hermes?! A parcel last week was delivered and left full view of the street. Yup we returned home and the parcel had been taken. Luckily the company we bought the item from (Footasylum) were outstanding and dealt with things swiftly as the customer service at Hermes' end was shocking and extremely unhelpful. This week we've had an email with a tracking number then another email some time later saying sorry we could not deliver your parcel. We've had workmen in and out of the house today and have been home all day, no card left to say why its not been delivered. In future I'll check who a company uses to deliver before I order.

Lost my parcel don’t know where it is. Web site makes it difficult to find out how to contact them. Their reply - I am sorry that your parcel has not been delivered and for delay in response. We are sorry to inform you that we were unable to locate this parcel in our network. The parcels go through several handling points and transportation, so on rare occasions this may happen.

I would never go with Hermes as to send a parcel, it’s no way to contract them they can’t even help you I ordered stuff and they send them with Hermes my first one never had and they said they delivered. The second one I suppose to have yesterday I waited all day and nothing has come

The worst delivery company I have ever met. Courier didn't come, just marked on website that he was. No contact, no cooperation. I wasted 2 days waiting for parcel, which was sent back to supplier anyway.

It looks like they've either lost or stolen my parcel. Problem is, it's impossible to speak to them as they don't put people on their phone lines, they've disabled live chat and won't supply an email address. Won't be using them again

Had a courier pick up my return parcel to qvc on 3rd december and they still havent received it??????? Why does a company like qvc use hermes when they cant be trusted? Wish i had read the reviews before letting this company get hold of it. Disgusting

I sent a parcel to my niece and nephew it was x2 smyth you vouchers amount of £50 for Xmas I sent off on 23rd November and apparently they got delivered on the 14th? Impossible lol 😂 also not my brothers signature put a claim in after numerous emails with a company called resolver which are brilliant by the way and Hermes have refunded back the postage of £2.20 cause they don’t cover vouchers so I won’t be getting the £50 refunded! Disgrace so x2 young children have gone without a Christmas gift this year because of Hermes!! I have also contacted legal aid and the sun newspaper! Hermes absolute disgrace!

Not only did I not get the medication for my crohns that was meant to be delivered today I also didn’t get the dress for a wedding I’m attending to tmrw. I’ve never been so angry with a delivery company in my life. They have no way to talk to someone on the phone. Their live chat is absolutely useless and they don’t allow delivery Instruction to be manually added so that I can put the gate code to enter my building. Absolutely useless. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. If I had a choice to avoid them I 100% would. They never take any responsibility and say stupid things like ‘contact the seller’ the seller has and will always reply with ‘we can’t control the delivery service’ FIX UP.
