Absolute crooks and cowboys, my daughters £165 trainers vanished, received a message saying they were delivered at 9.45 pm.....no they weren't, sister received the same message for the same time and date at the same address and no delivery took place.....hers turned up a week later....mines didn't, virtually non-existent help...will never buy from anyone who uses this shower of dishonest bastards again, if a monkey had longer legs and passed it's driving test it could be employed by hermes and their service level would improve dramatically ...... wish we could give negative star ratings ....PS- fake signatures made by the crooks aka couriers

Wish I could leave no stars. My children are now without Christmas gifts thanks to this hideous company. For over 3 weeks I've had 'delayed' please wait another 24 hours. It's now Christmas eve & nothing...Not even an email to say where it is. Disgusted is an understatement. I ordered the parcels I am waiting for from EBay. I will never order anything from them again if sent by Hermes.

Absolute Tossxxx No updates No contact Will not be using again Royal mail can have my business in the future. Avoid at all costs they don't collect or deliver come to think of it. Happy Christmas Hermes you waxxxxx

The person I asked to wait in for my parcel decided to pop out to the shop at the time the first delivery was attempted. I followed the tracking and it wasn’t clear when the next delivery would be but the driver returned with my parcel the following day. He wasn’t happy that I wasn’t home the previous day, he told me he was pressing all the other buzzers to gain access but no one answered. I didn’t leave instructions to leave it with anyone else so I was surprised at that. But aren’t the drivers supposed to make 3 attempts anyhow? After he had gone I opened my package to discover that everything that was supposed in its own allocated section was loose in the package. Obviously it had been shaken and most likely bashed about, even though the parcel was clearly marked fragile in Red. They have no respect for people’s parcels and my experience was of rudeness from the driver. I would never order anything from anyone who uses them in future.

Absolutely shocking company. Apparently they’ve made 5 attempts to deliver to me in 5 days and not once have they called me or rang my door number even though they have all my details down correctly. There’s also no way of contacting them over the phone to discuss this as the package was dispatched by a third party. This is an absolutely shocking company. They also smashed up a Bose stereo system of mine a year ago by throwing it into a van.

Awful company. If I could give zero stars I would. Zero customer service. Parcels arrive damaged, left out in rain to go soggy, driver has stolen package before and also delivered to completely wrong address. He has also forged my signature once before. You can’t contact them to find out where your parcel is. They purposely make it impossible. Once you manage to find a phone number for them you cannot speak to a person, and it directs you to the webchat. This is also difficult to locate and when you do find it, you speak to a robot with automated responses again. You just have to look at their twitter page to see the hundreds of unhappy customer complaints which they do not respond to. I wouldn’t believe any of the good reviews as I can’t see how such an untrustworthy company with criminal members of staff with such a disregard for the service they are supposed to be providing could possibly be getting actual good reviews and not fake ones.

Awful company. Cannot get hold of customer service, phone number directs to web chat which takes an hour then they cut you off. Damaged parcel but no way of getting the issue resolved. Website is impossible to navigate when you have a problem.

How much mishandling does it take to destroy a hardwood (walnut) gift? By throwing it over a gate because you can't be arsed to ring the intercom. AND then you falsify a delivery signature with a "tick". Arrogant, cynical, and frankly useless - you can't say you weren't warned about using them. Their overall rating here is highly questionable and stupendously flattering. I'd give them a minus if I could.

I think we should,d be able to put no stars I Ordered parcel from ebay unfortunately they used hermes who updated my order to delivered and signed for ,this is utter rubbish I can prove that no one came to my door at the time they said as I have a ring door bell and no one came to my door at that time , are Hermes Interested NO Next year I will not order from any online shops if they use Hermes

I had to return something to M&MDirect with Hermes. M&MDirect have been great so far but Hermes was a nightmare in that you click on a page to buy a return dispatch note for £2.99. There was no notification on the page nor any sign that anything had been bought nor downloaded. The page looked exactly the same. So clicked again. When I got my cc bill I saw that I had been charged 5 times! What a con! Shouldn't they have provided an acknowledgement on the page not just by law but by common sense? Everyone else does when selling online. Can't stand this company as you can't get through to anybody.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered from an online retailer last year a Christmas hamper and with DHL came within 48 hours, ordered the same this year but they now used Hermes and guess what they it has never arrived even though on the tracking app it shows they collected it on the 16th Dec, all I get is your parcel has been delayed for 24 hours, I must be living in an alternative universe if 8 days equal a 24 hour delay.

This company has no means to speak to anyone or email them about your enquiry or complaint. Bloody hopeless, total scam. Delivery driver supposedly left a parcel in my safe space, didnt recognise the picture!. and no way to contact them.

Had 2 parcels not delivered in the run up to Christmas. One was ordered at the end of November and after nearly two weeks was declared lost in transit. The other arrived with Hermes early 18th Dec. They lied about trying to deliver it on 19th and said there was a delay, now it is back in depot on 20th and will not be delivered. Impossible to talk to anyone at Hermes. Will consider not using any company using Hermes as there courier.

They have had my parcel for 6 days now with no sign of delivery, worse thing is the website shows they tried to deliver it but they haven't as we have CCTV and we have been in....would never use again or any company that uses them as a courier.

Hermes is one of the most worst and difficult companies to get hold of. They have automated systems for everything and they consistently fail to deliver my parcel when my address is a standard easy to get to address. They leave NO proof of attempted delivery and they keep sending my parcel back to sender. This is extremely frustrating as I am 100% home to find when I track online they supposedly have attempted to deliver. This is an absolute lie! To make matters worse they have ruined the christmas experience for my family, i was depending on them to receive goods and they have failed to carry out the basic point of their entire existence which is delivering parcels (I have requested retailers not to use them as I have been so nervous and anxious every time I see that Hermes are their chosen courier) I truly do not know what to do, they are unresponsive via email and twitter and now are returning my parcel back to sender with a useless automated phone and chat service. They also ruined my birthday when I ordered something online by doing the same thing. It is strange because previously there has been no issues with receiving parcels from them, but over the last 3 months it has gone downhill and they just keep failing to offer a service they use to do. Some of their drivers ruin it for the rest of the company and the myHermes customer service is appaling, no one is there to help when you need them to most. Worst experience and once again myHermes has ruined a special occasion.

They have been delivering my parcel since November! My 2yr old Grandaughters xmas present!! Now the parcel is missing, as is the tracking number. I have all the evidence. Where is it? I have had several delivery dates and it just hasn't arrived. I have contacted the sender but it will take 30 days to investigate which takes it past xmas. That is no good to me as I can't afford to buy it again. This is awful and so upsetting to me. They need investigating, already contacted watchdog! No customer services, the live chat ith the robot doesn't work! Can't get through on the phone....worst company I've ever dealt with! I will be contacting the ombudsman and the media if I don't receive a response.

If I could give no stars I would. Paid £6 to get a parcel next day delivery from House of Fraser. It has been on its way all day and surprise surprise it has been delivered late this evening but where to I have no idea. I’ve have been in the front room all evening but no one has knocked or perhaps I’m deaf!! No card has been left to say where it has been delivered to. I only ordered online because I am not well at the moment so thought I would make it easier on myself. Wish I hadn’t bothered. How can companies get away with providing such a bad service and you can’t speak to them on the phone. I thought in my wisdom that I would call House of Fraser customer service but guess what they don’t take calls anymore either. It is Christmas eve tomorrow and I’m not going to get another present for my brother because I can’t get out. I don’t think I’ve a chance of getting my money back. Hermes are absolutely rubbish and why House if Fraser use them is beyond me but maybe they don’t care either because they have had my money now. Rubbish all round.

What a rubbish service. It is second time in the short two month period I have been let down by Hermes pick up service. First time I wanted to return a item to ASOS and booked a pick up at home service, but the carrier was a no show, I emailed to you but didn't get any response for 3 days, eventually I can't wait any longer, I had to cancel the return and rebooked one send back though a post office. This time I needed return another item bought though AMAZON. Again I was let down, it was supposed to come to my house to pick up my parcel today, but the carrier didn't show up. Once more I had to cancel the return and rebooked another one though royal mail. I am really angry with your service, if you can't delivery the service please don't promise. I am not sure how many people like me have been let down by Hermes. I will never ever use your service again.
