Avoid this company like the plague. Never deliver when they say, the couriers lie about trying to deliver saying recipient is not in when they are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ****

Dreadful. No customer service whatsoever - no telephone number, just a "holly chat" where all you ever get is " We're expecting your parcel". The customer feedback audaciously assumes they have delivered your parcel - there is no option to say you have no idea what happened to it and have no way of finding out either. The Computer Says No. Avoid them like the plague!

I am beyond angry with Hermes you have ruined my Xmas 5 parcels have gone missing and proof of some dodgy signatures in the middle of the day when me and my partner are at work.I am contacting the press as this is absolutely daylight thieving and Hermes must be ware this is happening as there is no way of contacting them.i need someone from Hermes to contact me ASAP we live in a very quiet village with no thieves except for Hermes and parcels from other organisations are always safely received except from Hermes no phone for Hermes to contact the chat line confirms delivery by showing you the scribbled signature This company should be banned and I will not rest until I have a proper explanation of the Hermes person forging a non existent signature You have ruined my Xmas and left me out of pocket Bunch of thieves😡

I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered after a week waiting. My family and I were in at the time and I rushed downstairs to see where it had been delivered. There was no note. The email said it had been delivered to a safe place even though I hadn’t stated there was a safe place. There’s no way to contact Hermes and I’ve been in a call queue with John Lewis for over an hour. Very very frustrating.

Driver forged my signature and items marked as delivered when not. The items were from Debenhams.

I have been waiting over a week now for my deliveries, apparently one was signed for and delivered....(forged signature) 4 times i have had the same email to say they are out for delivery, I have been home each time and nothing has appeared. Within these packages are Christmas gifts for my family which i will not have on time or at all. Hermes are the worst delivery company out there, do not use!

Absolute joke of a company. Courier has had parcel since 14/12/2019. Keep getting told to wait another 24 hours every day while they investigate. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. The only way to speak to some one is by lengthy automated chat and once finally through to a human you just get told to wait 24 hours. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. They are basically parcel theives.

Ordered and payed for next day delivery and was given a time slot for today 12:00 - 2:00pm, half 4 and it still hasn’t arrived. I understand it’s a busy period but as I payed for next day delivery it should be here?

I sent a parcel on 12/12/19 on tracking it today I find it's been sitting at the local depot near address for 8 days and dont know when it's going to be delivered Its disgusting that you are unable to speak to anyone but fobbed off with an automatic chat line which is useless

If I could give No stars I would. This is really the worst delivery company in the UK. I am surprised that ASOS continue to use them when they never deliver on time even though its meant to be next day delivery. I had a delivery due on Friday that contained christmas presents for my family and it has still not been delivered and now I am concerned I wpn't have it for Christmas. I just spent hours trying to talk to someone who cannot give me a contact number for the hub as "they dont have one". A lot of nonsense. Companies really need to stop using Hermes as a delivery company.

If I could rate this delivery service no stars, I would. Absolutely appalling customer service and the couriers and online advisors might as well not go to work. I waited 55mins to speak to an online advisor and once connected the advisor closed the chat straight away. Deliveries are never on time and just an over all disgrace of a company.

Absolute sham my parcel was 3 days out for delivery and then it has been delivered to someone else goodness knows where so thanks alot Hermes my kids now don't have their Christmas Eve presents as someone else has them. I phoned and gave my number for courier to call when near and also extra address details and you still fudged it up. If you want your package forget it. Customer service is a waste of time as the chat bot decides whether or not to connect you. Appalling service. Now I have to battle to either get my items or a refund. Avoid Hermes couriers if you can

This is the worst delivery courier in the UK. I was waiting for my orders (from 2 separate companies) to be delivered on 22/12/19 (paid for next day delivery). The tracking states 'It's with us', but no further update until now (23/12). I understand this is a busy period and would accept the delay, but to lie about the delivery update is something else...!!!The courier contacted me on 1 of the orders on 23/12 and stated they attempted to deliver, but they did not want to leave the parcel unattended (there was no requirement for a signature!). This is nonsense, as I was in all day waiting for a delivery, there was no update on the tracking (none until now) and no calling card! So when did you actually attempt to deliver when other times you are more than happy to throw the parcel in a bin or on a wet grass when not in. Why lie?!

Had an email from Hermes saying parcel was delivered at 21.28 on Sunday. I read the email at 21.30 so went to check the front door and the back porch for the parcel - nothing. Hermes customer service number just keeps referring me back to the website and their digital assistant is just as useless. Currently on hold with Kurt Geiger (21 minutes so far).
