I would give them Minus One if there was any such option. Absolute SCAM!!! Within one month I lost 2 packages from this courier. First one was a package from American company iHerb. I received a fake delivery note with a signature of a person with initials that has nothing to do with my name. After asking around neighbours for 10 days and speaking to the company who received the parcel from America and gave it to Hermes to deliver, I was told that Hermes made a mistake and they marked as delivered by mistake. They claimed they tried to deliver 4 times - a total lie, no calling cards, fake signature, there was no proof of even one attempt to deliver. I am told now the parcel is going back to America... not sure if I will get a refund. Second parcel - ordered 2 pillows from Bedding Direct UK via Amazon. I received an email from Amazon telling me the pillows have been dispatched and delivery will be on the 20th December Friday. Pillows did not arrive.. delivery address was my office with Reception open 24/7!!!! My shipment is marked as delivered on Amazon, I never received an email saying we have delivered.. Courier again Hermes .. If I could I would stop these people from trading.. their couriers are crooks, who steal packages and fake signatures!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Quick to take your money yet refuse to engage with customers when there are issues. I paid for next day pick up, no one came to collect my parcel and there was no notification/email informing me. It is impossible to speak to a human being as the contact number and online chat facilities filter any human contact. I honestly cannot believe how terrible this company is, goodness knows how they treat their employees if this is how they treat their customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are liars and the worst courier company I’ve ever experienced. They have no way of contacting them either hence why they couldn’t care less. Seen so many bad reviews surely they will go out of business soon

This is my second parcel that's gone missing this month. I have just had to refund my buyer. Yet again i am out of pocket since i did not pay the extra for protection. I paid for a service and you lost my item again!. It's been 3 days since Parcel2go have written to you and still no response. Will never use again, absolutely dreadful service. #734894

Between never delivering one parcel and delivering something 6hrs after they initially said they would, Hermes are by far the worst delivery company I have ever seen. I assume they go out of their way to not deliver parcels correctly.

One star rating too good. Got notification of delivery and that we had signed for parcel. Unrecognised signature and no sign of parcel anywhere. Got refund from seller but after emailing Hermes received call from them accusing us of lying and saying we would not get refunded as we had signed for parcel. Don't know how we managed to sign for it as we were all at work at the time! Absolute rubbish company will never buy anything from anybody who uses this bunch of idiots as couriers.

Please please please check to see if the company or individual you are buying from is using Hermes because if they are then find an alternative. Parcel arrived today late and the driver despite my request to deliver to a specified neighbour; instead decided the better alternative was to leave the parcel in my porch. I don’t have a porch and when I checked the cctv; they instead walked half way up my drive (only one and a half car lengths in total) and threw it towards my front door in the p@##@ng rain. We didn’t get home for another 3 hours by which time the contents were ruined and leaving me without a birthday present to give my wife. I then tried to ring to complain and after an hour of being on hold I was cut off. Hermes you are a disgrace and I will never use you service or purchase any item that is even likely to be delivered by you!.

MyHermes has been a problem for a long time, but unfortunately it’s out of my hands when I order an item from America via USPS IE, and companies like eBay - who I initially order it through - have for some strange reason decided to use notorious MyHermes. I paid for a parcel bought online on late October to be delivered in the 45th week, shortly after. It was not delivered but MH claimed it most definitely was, and tried anyway possible to stick by theirword, even though the name on the tracking details was a Mark and I know no Marks, and the signature was completely different to my sons, who signs for parcel postage. There was nothing that gave any evidence to the fact it had been delivered. On the 23rd November, 16 days after they claimed it had been delivered, I got a call from their investigation department where at last he stated that going by their GPS the driver was nowhere near my address all day. I asked for that confirmation to be put in writing to my Email, and I still had to chase that twice before I got it. The conclusion is that MH have somehow lost this £295 Capodimonte ornament, or somebody somewhere has stolen it. And I am now having to take the person who ‘sold’ it to me through court for me to get my money back.

Parcel was left on my front door step in full view of anyone passing by! It could have easily been left in my back garden which would have been much safer.

My wife used Damart and needed to return an item and the return was paid for through MyHermes who picked item up on time but it was never delivered. Absolutely awful company...DPD any day. Unfortunately my junk mail deleted email showing order no so I have no proof as pickup gave me a blank card with just her name on it. The £2.99 is showing as being taken by MyHermes. We will pay Damart and close account...fortunately, item was £10 and not a hundred...don't use them...

Awful service. Received several emails with constantly changing delivery info, none of which came to fruition. Parcel eventually delivered and left on front doorstep in the rain despite a safe place being specified. Absolute rubbish.

Many companies have moved from the trusted, reliable DPD couriers to Hermes (Amazon, Zara, Oliver Bonas to name a few) and since the shift I have never received a parcel on time again. On top of that customer service is non existent.

Paid next day delivery, had a message saying it will be delivered between 10 and 12. Half 11 I have a text saying it had been left with a neighbour even though the couri er never knocked on my door and didn't even put a card in my door. I knocked on all my neighbours doors and none of them have had it. Parcel lost. Money lost. Joke of a company need to be closed down.

Parcel supposed to be delivered by 13Dec still waiting. They said they couldn't find the address although it's a normal st and other couriers manage it. It is also impossible to be able to talk to anyone. I would steer well clear of this company.

My item was ordered on a next day service, Didn’t even attempt the first day, tracking showed item still at their depot. Second day that had a problem reaching my address what ever that means. Third day, they’re going to struggle as I ordered it to be delivered to work so I was in. Now it’s the weekend I’m not there. Terrible company avoid at all costs.

Pity I could not give Hermes a no star rating. We got just 2 hours notice of a two hour window when delivery would take place which was inadequate and no easy method of contacting them to arrange another day so we were out when delivery was attempted. A delivery ticket only was left with no clear indication of where it was left. I then received an email confirming it was delivered somewhere else but again no address. We tried a local shop who said they did not have it. At the present time face the prospect of not receiving my parcel which as far as I am concerned was lost by Hermes. I found it impossible to make contact with Hermes.

Very bad service! Always have some problems with this delivery company. My parcel was lost for two weeks, and then they sent me the same upgrade that's my parcel on the way... I really disappointed.
