“None of my orders which were couriered through Hermes never arrived. The tracker is useless because it is unreliable and untrue!”

“I’m waiting for a parcel. The delivery slot they gave me has expired. I have not received any communication from them. Neither do I have a way of contacting them. I have not received another package recently, which was lost and worth a lot! This company should go bust. No retailers or professional services should use them!”

“The single worst courier service in the UK. How this company is still functioning I will never know. I know that when Hermes is delivering my order, it could be weeks until I receive as they constantly have 'issues' finding my address - despite living on the main road right at the centre of the city. Pathetic. Lazy. Thieves.”

“Hermes should be renamed Herpes , you don't know whose got it (Like your parcels) , sent some Christmas presents to one of my nieces , posted 26th November and today 12 December 2020 still no sign , I presume the parcel was opened to check the contents and they nicked them”

“Customer service is absolutely dire if you require any assistance with anything not covered by there automated system. To make matters worse the scope of basic questions which cannot be covered by their system is staggering. Eg. How do you get a refund if you do not decide to use a purchased returns label. No one on the phone lines. Completely depressing experience. They are cheaper but this is why.”

“Whenever I find out one of my parcels is being delivered by hermes I panic. This has got to be the most unreliable courier service out there. Not only delivering items that are clearly marked fragile and trying to shove them through the letter box;damaging or breaking them completely. I'm currently waiting for a parcel which has been stuck in traffic since 11:04 yesterday morning. The customer service is pathetic, with nothing more than an automated bot telling you what you already know. Everyone I've spoken to;that has had hermes deliver a parcel have said the same or similar things. I'm yet to hear or experience anything positive from this poor excuse of a company.”

“Parcel collected 16 Nov for delivery 5 days later. Where is it - who knows? Now 12 Dec & still no sign. Gave up after 25 mins holding for customer services. Never. Ever. Again.”

“This is the worst experience EVER!! I think Calzedonia UK and Hermes is the marriage from the hell. I am sure these companies are a complete fraud. Stealing your money, details, time, and never delivers. As someone said here, if the delivery company will be Hermes, I won't place an order.”

“Just the most dreadful company ever. I've put in several complaints with them about couriers not turning up to collect parcels or my orders being cancelled by Hermes and no one telling me, and every time they have promised to fix it and make sure it won't happen again. Well this is the 5th time I have tried them again and once again, after me calling on the day of my collection and being promised it was being collected before 12, it was not collected, and when I called they told me the courier had cancelled the collection. Once again. No explanation, no one called me to tell me, I had to chase them up and spend hours on hold (and after being hung up on). Then I was told there were no Managers in at all to take a complain and it was impossible to talk to a manager but Sarah on customer service promised me she would contact the collection courier and she would email me to confirm what was happening. Surprise surprise, no such email was sent. Tried to get through to customer service again today but after being hung up on twice after waiting on hold for over an hour, I have given up and complained via 'Holly' which is not easy to do. Not surprisingly. I'm done with Hermes. I've given them enough chances, they clearly don't want my business.”

“I'm sure there are honest delivery drivers just trying to make a living in the Herpes network but there also absolutely useless c***'s who are really good at not delivering parcels and I am 60% sure things are being stolen. Either hire actual professionals or just blow up the depots and give it up Hermes, what are you even doing at this point, it's certainly not delivering parcels”

“Never received my 2 parcels from Hermes, I just new when superdrug said couriers were Hermes that was the end and it was. Hermes tracking says we are expecting your parcel look for another parcel!!! This was 6 weeks ago guess its been stolen. This is not the first time this as happened to me when a retailer uses Hermes, I've have waited all day for delivery and then late at night received a text saying the driver has had difficulty finding your address! !!! I can not understand superdrug because all the way though lockdown my parcels were delivered by royal mail from them with no problems whats so ever. On that note I have had lots of deliveries with royal mail as the couriers and have no problem at all parcels arrive safe and intact, even now when they are their very busiest parcels have arrived promptly. Now I ask first with the retailer who the courier going to be if they say Hermes I will not order.”

“The most useless this Hermes ! With silly excuses, my parcel it was "slightly delayed" because of the virus. Not possible to contact them, just a stupid robot answer. When I was personally to the local hermes depot, they said "sorry it's too late, disappeared" They just waste your money and time. From 5 stars they not deserve even one, I would give -2. I don't trust anymore. Shame hermes !!!”
