NO STARS i have paid for a return 2 weeks ago....has had very little movement on tracking, virtual assistant tells you the same information that is on tracking. Called customer service which was pointless, after waiting 15 mins was told the same information as is on tracking.....i shall avoid ever using them again...i have £200 worth of goods which i have no idea where it is!!!!!! Dont have a customer service numeber if the staff can not help? Its not fair to them or your frastrated customers, who hold for long periods of time to then be told what they already know....

I deliberately asked for a parcel to be delivered to my business address, knowing that the reception is always available (either manned, or has a bell to ring at the reception desk). I was sent an email at 16:03 stating parcel was undeliverable because no-one was in. I spoke to the receptionist, who said no Hermes courier had been. I was willing to drive to the courier (who should still have been reasonably local, shouldn't they?). But surprise surprise, their contact centre shuts at 16:00. Not that it would have made any difference, as I found it is not possible to talk to anyone - all is done, either on the 'phone or by their Chat Bot - so they do not answer the query or give an option to raise a complaint. Useless, time wasting, money wasting, frustrating. I will never use Hermes to send anything.

I paid you to deliver my parcle not smash it up now they wont pay up on the claim because it an 1970 80s vintage action man toy gun .its a toy the children played with . Disgusting scamming scumbags .

I just has lost 70 quid just because the courier she has left my parcel to some of my neighbour and she did the pictures and I can see clearly is not my door definite let it Proper stupid no respect at all

This company has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. They sell you a lie about wages it's not £10 hour, it's not £1 a parcel on a sunday, They pay you different for each parcel but don't tell you that until you receive your pay slip! They tell you you will be paid weekly it's been 6 weeks I have not been released a payment! Dont work for hermes they are a RIP off employing young or foreign people so they can take the P#$S!

They failed to collect parcel as arranged and I have hit a brick wall trying to get the charges refunded. Sent the parcel eventually via locker however after a week the tracking has stalled and of course I cannot get any answers as to why.

I order stuff from ebay ,Hermes driver handed to someone from flat of block i am living ,very blurry picture he made and see some woman in bathroobe when he handed my delivery .Never no one hand it back to me and i lost about £14 .Horrible experience

Totally useless. My package was being sent to another country and made it there to the depot or customs. then apparently it was being sent back,yknow as a return. but according to a local Hermes driver,the package was broken and in a bad way so they didn't want to return it. After talking to countless robots(never any real humans) nothing was ever said. Recently spoke to another driver who thinks they've now just trashed the package due to how long it was sitting for. £50 down the drain. so much effort into a package for my best friend ruined by this horrible service. Never again that's what I say. Not one effort was made to return my package,not once.

No way to change the delivery address, parcel ended up being left in an insecure place without. Completely impossible to complain or talk to a human. There are much better delivery companies, so just avoid Hermes if at all possible

Don`t go to work for them . I was a service provider and because some staff was aggressive and I complain high level they close my contract. All staff is same without experience and if you complain you are out. I know now why they don`t have enough driver just because treat them like slave

Totally disappointed. I live in a block of flats and, despite numerous requests via the app to leave parcels outside the door to my flat on the first floor, any parcels are continually just being left inside the blocks main door, which is totally unsecured. The courier never rings the doorbell, so I never have the opportunity to ask him to bring it up. To make a complaint is virtually impossible as there is no email address fir customer service email, you have to go through a virtual assistant. I did make it through eventually though, but have not had any response! If I had a choice, I would never use Hermes again.

My hermes delivery lady is lovely so this is nothing against her. But the company are SO TERRIBLE!!!! It's impossible to speak to anyone, their "live assistant" doesn't work, at all. You can only get the exact same information as is displayed on the tracking. No option anywhere to provide feedback. No free form text in "safe place" instructions (I have an outdoor box which is safe for parcels, but the only option is 'porch') Just useless. Completely useless. And the way they treat their staff is horrific apparently, 2 hours a day unpaid to sort parcels.

There drivers lie, say attempted delivery but lie and with no calling card its impossible to get human response A sham ok a company. And shame on their driver john who claimed made a attempted delivery in fockton but lied hope hermes find this driver and take disciplinary action.
