My parcels are still awaiting courier collection after almost a week with no updates. Custumer support are appalling. Avoid!

Had one parcel in January that never arrived, I had a message on the app saying it had been delayed and would be on the move within 24 hours, it still says that on the app now in April and has never been updated, luckily the retailer was able to send another item which I did receive. Fast forward to April and the same message has appeared on The app for another package, the retailer has already confirmed that the delay is from Hermes, which makes sense as they have stated they have received it, again no updates since Friday and it’s incredibly difficult, no, in fact impossible to talk to anybody that can sort it out, you also can’t go to the depot like other firms to pick up your parcel. If I haven’t seen any movement this week I’ll have no choice but to contact Trading Standards as this type of service falls way below the mark of any other courier I’ve used. I also have a screen shot I took of a strange time stamp . The delivery, my phone clearly shows the time is just past 8pm while the Hermes log in time for my parcel is an hour in the future at just past 9pm. It maybe nothing but I would like it explained.

Delivery driver just didn’t bother to show up. 30 mins before the end of my allocated delivery slot they updated saying the driver couldn’t find the address and needed more information. But I wasn’t contacted and only knew this due to me refreshing the tracking page. The address is correct and no other company has ever struggled to find the address. And to make things more frustrating they gave me a delivery slot after there customer services desk was shut so I’m now unable to do anything about the failed delivery.

A total disgrace of a company. Delivery man never rang at my door yet he said I signed for the parcel. I complained to the company and took days for an automatised email to come through, simply stating that it jad been delivered. I never saw the parcel of course. AVOID

Hello. Is there any customers service from this comapny who can help? Is there somebody i can speak with? I ordered my first parcel with tracking number: 10504012654226 looks like your courier was not able to deliver my parcel. I did not found any card from your company but your webside return parcel back to seller. I do nt understand why as your comapny marked my parcel first as delayed and will be delivered in 48 hours and next day you marked as my parcel will be return back to seller as i ask you to do that. That is big lie. I was waiting for my parcel as it was anniversary gift for my husband. But even that i was not complaining and ordered gift/ parcel second time. Second time....parcel did not received yet. Tracking number: 6204384657386929 - your webside marked courier been on delivery address on Saturday. Friday, Saturday Monday - each day - 24 hours - two people at home. None heart even buzzer to ring on Saturday and today i check your webside at 6pm and your webside marked 6:51 pm - "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address" what... you know what was happened to courier in 1 hour in advance???? Is that a joke? I stick even for my hermes courier paper on the door, i clean a buzzer. And looks like today even your couier did not tried to delivery my parcel. Very interesting is. I received parcel from royail mail, Parcelforce and DPD too. No issue at all. Only your company can not delivery my parcel. Is there anybody who i can contact. Is there any customers service which i can contact and speak with? I trie chat, phone number- not successfully.

I am completely lost for words, website states that my parcel has been delivered and signed for! However no delivery and no one signed for it, their website is completely useless and now am out of pocket and I have no parcel. This is completely out of order.

I am contacting the police this time to report them they said they delivered my order to a safe place when I was there literally at the safe place the time they said they delivered I know for fact they haven’t. That order costed me about £80 I can not afford to loose it

My heremes delivery guy flung my parcel at me and it smashed me in the face I asked him why he did this and he threatened to attack me if I didn't shut up and go inside

The worst delivery company ever. Not even worth 1 star. Never ever received any deliveries from Hermes out of many scheduled. Avoid at all costs.

heap and nasty delivery company hermes sent me email which i will received my item which i bought from amazon today between 2 and 6 pm . sitting in living room and looking for delivery man to come and i collect the item before he use the bell as my little daughter sleep upstairs . there in no chance any body come in to my yard and do not see me or I do not see them. I received text on my mobile sorry we missed you as you not been home ( what a Big lie ) amazon should stop those people . Always had problem with this company they lose your parcel or they delivery late. I paid for next they delivery .hope you going to hell

The worst courier company in the country!, they lie about attempting to deliver parcels , you cant contact them. when you check your parcel number they say they tried to deliver it! , giving you a time they supposedly tried, clearly lying! . Terrible terrible service!!, I managed to get a number after 3 weeks to be told my parcel had been sent back to sender!! , I wouldn't reccomend this company if it was the last company on earth! And would put anyone off using this company too, So if your having the same problem i managed to get a number from someone who worked there Hermes customer service, 08445437461.

Hermes are the worst delivery company in my opinion, their drivers consistently lie about attempting delivery when they haven't, there is no way to contact them and most recently they have returned an order of mine to the sender 'as per my request' even though it is a business address an no one was there on the day they said this request was made. If i see a company is using hermes i will avoid ordering anything from them.

The driver left the parcel apparently in a different address, but the funny thing is I have asked the signature in my parcel, so the driver just wrote gvcl. Not even a real name! He was faking a name! How is that possible? That is so wrong, that is illegal!Customers service is really poor, they don't really help, and I'm still waiting for an answer. Tried to contact the company but no body answer the calls. Please don not send parcel with Hermes, worst courier company ever.

Waiting in for a parcel meant to be delivered between 2 and 4.... then at 5 it gets updated that there was a problem with the delivery address.... there is absolutely nothing wrong with the delivery address just the fact that the courier couldnt be arsed to do his job and deliver!!!

Shocking. Drivers are untrained using insecure personal veichle to deliver valuable goods. They don’t know where they are going and don’t turn up all the time. Your parcels get dumped in all sorts of unsafe places around your property just so driver gets paid. If you have a problem there is nobody you can speak to, just an email that never gets relied to and if it does it takes days! Great when you have paid for next day delivery. Avoid this company like the plague

Really poor, I sent a parcel two weeks ago but hasn't arrived. Appalling service. Received an email to say they tried to deliver my parcel that claimed that I wasn't at home. However, I was home and could clearly hear the doorbell if it rang. I couldn't even speak to the company directly. It I could leave a negative number I would.

Delivered to WRONG ADDRESS and presumed STOLEN as no such person there Pity..it contained emergency supplies for a close relative who had recently been made redundant A signature was paid for too SHAME ON YOU
