I’ve been tracking my parcel for weeks, excited. It came to the Monday where the app said, great news your parcel will be delivered today! It never turned up. No tracking information after this point. Can not speak to a human being as every time I try to get through the automated bot won’t let me. The Bot says yes your parcel is with your courier out for delivery, has he been looking for my House for a week or something? No, you might experience a delay or nothing waited all week for the last courier who’s potentially sat in his arse. All I want is an update and you just can’t, all I would need for a five star service is reassurance, someone to actually talk too. If I could put 0 stars I would. Nothing but a waste of time. AVOID!!

Ordered my parcel 11 April from well known store. Received by Hermes 18 April and had email that it would be delivered, had been given delivery date 23 April by store. Parcel not delivered, got in touch with store as impossible to contact Hermes. Got email yesterday parcel will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm same day. Surprise, surprise, NOTHING. Why do companies use this delivery service, they are completely useless

Utterly useless, the way they make items disappear they should set a garbage disposal service and do something useful for the planet. Customer services oh wow have they dare to even call it that is beyond a joke. I will never recommend them and from now alway warn everyone I know how bad they are. If you get a problem or they just done deliver then your screwed.

Hermes have had my parcel on hold for 2 weeks saying the driver can't find my property. In the meantime they have delivered me 3 other parcels whilst the first one still remains on hold. Holly their ridiculous assistant tells me every day to check back tomorrow!! Very frustrating

Hermes have had my parcel for over two weeks! Firstly they collected my parcel from the retailer, emailed to say they had and and that it would be delivered then the following day i was still waiting for my parcel, tracked and and it said i had requested it to be returned, i emailed hermes asking why they had lied instead of just delivering it and got no reply but when tracking it changed to say my parcel was delayed, so i contacted them again after a few more days and they said they dont have my parcel and I'd need to get in touch with the retailer, i did this and they confirmed that hermes have the parcel so its now 3 weeks and i still have no parcel!! However I've ordered from other retailers and they've delivered my parcel in time so i just dont know what they're playing at.

Shocking service. Don't use these! Our parcel was picked up from home and scanned in and that's the last tracking info they have. All we had off them was.. Erm sorry, your parcel is lost and cannot be tracked. What utter rubbish. Lack of responsibility and negligence. Poor service

Diabolical and clearly don't care one bit. Missed two collections no contact made at all. Have to speak to some useless bot that will only let you continue if you have a tracking number, which of course you don't if they haven't collected your parcel yet. They don't even bother to reply to their customers reviews, impossible to contact as phone lines blocked and no email address or human available. Shocking and disgraceful company with shambolic customer service. The only glimmer of hope I have is that this company will collapse eventually due to it's complete negligence and inability to do the only thing people pay it for (deliver parcels)! You almost have to laugh!

Got message on Monday to say they had my item and would get message to say it would be out for delivery,on Wednesday said been delayed by 24 hours then Thursday delayed for another 24 hours now Saturday still no delivery and no way of knowing what is going on very poor.

Still waiting for my delivery, tried contacting hermes which seems to be impossible! Absolutely sick of waiting my parcel which should have been here a week ago! They soon took my money for next day delivery! Absolutely disgusting service! I will not be using them again and strongly urge everyone to not use hermes as a courier!

Worst courier company I have ever dealt with joke. Delivery instructions clearly state to delivery by 5pm but when do they say they attempt delivery on the first two occasions but between 6pm and 8pm. Can they not Read. The Tracking app informed me of a third revised delivery slot of 3pm to 5pm and then stated they attempted delivery again at 15.43 No-one turned up at the delivery address at 15.43 and not one docket has been posted in the letterbox saying they had attempted delivery. I have tried to contact Hermes the carrier to find what is going on but is proving impossible to speak to anyone other than a digital assistant who is to be quite frank a waste of time in this instance. Now apparently awaiting delivery today Saturday for a fourth time , personally I don’t hold out much hope.

Don’t use them, they are the worst delivery service ever, they told me parcel will be delivered between 13:00hrs and 17:00hrs yesterday then they said sorry it will now be with you between 18:00hrs and 20:00hrs and nothing it now says it was delivered at 12:35am this morning hahaha so your telling me it was dropped off after midnight what a load of rubbish, I have no parcel and no way of getting incontact, I plead with everyone please please please don’t use them, they should be shut down it’s disgusting how they operate and how do they sleep at night knowing they are ripping people of.DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

lost parcel they admit it,parcel was insured but they say it is on list of none insured why did they accept it then,emails are rubbish ,on my way to small claims court

No sign of delivery, it’s late and no one can be contacted over the phone, online or live chat. The updates on the app are useless, these change from out for delivery to delayed and will be on the move in 48 hours, 48 hours?? Never experienced anything like it. I will NEVER buy off a seller that uses Hermes ever again.

Waste of time. They said I didn’t receive parcel because building is closed! Even though we are receiving post everyday and there is team on site 24/7. I didn’t receive my parcel because of their incompetence, not because hotel is closed. They are laying that courier arrived.. well happened that at the hotel we have cctv, and when I checked no one even approached the door at the time they said. Trying to contact them ? Impossible! They reached me out only after they sent back my parcel to sender. Customer service.. the worst. Exchanging emails with them since I should receive my parcel.. two weeks already, and they can’t reply properly to my emails. Before purchasing anything online I would highly suggest to check who they working with! If it’s this crazy hermes, request other courier to make sure everything will arrive on time and no troubles.

Hermes has my parcel for over two weeks - in tracker I was informed my parcel too large for normal delivery - three books, four children’s colouring books and two packs of pens?! Contact with Hermes impossible. Eventually I find out after calling the retailer a couple of times that apparently my parcel damaged beyond repair and cannot be delivered! How come they didn’t inform me if this two weeks ago. I think this is very suspect. If I was aware of a company using Hermes I would think twice before placing an order to be delivered by Hermes.
