“Horrible experience. Dropped off my parcel on the 15th of April, and today it's the 27th and still no news about it, and of course it didn't get delivered. This company is a waste.”

“The parcel despite having 'top' written on the parcel and 'fragile' was obviously turned up-side-down and completely ruined. A total waste of money and great disappointment to the recipient!!”

“Would rate 0 not one Parcel ref 9231 6826 6766 2213 supposedly delivered and signed for on friday 24 April, No delivery to my address, no card no way to speak to someone. Calling and entering tracking number only advises parcel has been delivered. It might be but not to me feel I have been cheated”

“I would give zero score if I could. Useless and utterly shameful the way Hermes cannot be contacted. Took over a fortnight for parcel to arrive. When it did it was saturated in diesel. The sneaky thing is they wrapped that end in black plastic to hide the diesel spill. How rotten! Useless and sneaky.”

“the worst delivery service ever had a package en route then you told me to get in touch you had trouble finding my address , which is utter rubbish because i had an asda delivery from hermes that same day, am still waiting 1 month on for delivery . then today 27 april had online food box from aldi delivered, as soon as i opened my front door i new something was wrong the driver was already in van and heading up the road and all i could smell was coffee the box had just been tossed on the doorstep ,glass and coffee all over , your e-mail ,live chat, and telephone contact are pathetic if they do exist at all .”

“I am absolutely fuming, First time I am using Hermes to send handmade items to family and they LOST BOTH OF THEM. The items cannot be replaced since it was a unique piece of artwork that took hours of work to make. I am devastated and the people it was sent to are crushed. On the top of that, even though they have utterly failed to deliver my precious parcels, the burden of proof falls on me to provide evidences of their own failing. It is disgraceful.”

“Parcel lost and no delivery after 4 weeks , can’t talk to any one , online website, parcel being returned, 4 weeks later, still waiting, this is a very expensive Dyson Hoover£500 which custom has paid for , it has been stolen by one member of staff, and probably got to a good home or auction site, do not use this cowboy firm.”

“I’ve found, that out of the 4 times in a year that I’ve got sent a parcel and it has finally been delivered with this company shocking. I live in a flat, the driver can never make it to the front door and I have to wait again the next day. And this is the 2nd time my parcel has been lost as they said they delivered it (at 23:27) but I still haven’t received it and even had to search round the building to make sure. No way of contacting anyway and all the ways to do so just send you in a loop. Stocking customer service! Hate it every time I order something and it says it going to be delivered by Hermes, as I know it will be a week of running after them to find my parcel.”

“Sorely disappointed. Terrible service from the pr department. A severe lack of information when requesting information on the delivery I paid for. This has passed by a week and still no clarity as to where my parcel is. Or when it may be delivered. A waste of money and time”

“Still waiting for delivery. Package was supposed to arrive 10 days ago! Been in contact with H & M twice as the Hermes robot told me to contact them. Still nothing. I give up. Worst delivery service ever.”

“The worst company ever! I don’t understand why companies still use them tbh. They are still saying they can’t deliver my parcel, because I wasn’t home when it’s lockdown and I do not go out. They’ve delivered my parcel to the wrong place as well and I can’t even contact them, because they give me some stupid robot to talk to.”

“Worst company to use. Ordered trainers from JD which obviously weren’t cheap. Waited a week had no email off Hermes so i tracked my parcel on Hermes website for it to say they are waiting for my parcel.. I messaged jd customer service they sent me a tracking on their side of the website and it said It was on its way ,I emailed jd customer service again for them to email me to say my parcel has been lost in transit! No, more like someone who works for Hermes have pinched them! What tramps!”

“Parcel opened item taken out and parcel sealed back up! Courier admitted forging the signature of delivery! Yes he is still working for them! Insurance claim was met with numerous requests for information which was given twice, in fact the DOR declaration that I went to great pains to get my recipient to sign (apparently the most important document), was actually attached to the email they sent back to me, just before declaring the case was closed and that I could take a run and jump. Never never using them again.”

“Hermes delivered my parcel 300 miles away from my requested location. They delivered it to Scotland not South Wales and that was after the had possession of it for 3 days before finally sending it out for delivery. What a shambolic excuse of a courier provider.”

“Used their service through parcel2go but didn't insure, my Hermes say parcel was delivered but provide no info or GPS, checked the CCTV at the front of the house and they never even turned up checked the whole days of footage and there's no sight of a van..”
