Every time I know hermes is the delivery company delivering my goods my hearts sinks as I have had so much go missing and always late delivery. It's my son's birthday this weekend and hermes has already went 3 days late & with this lock down only way for me to shop so no doubt like Christmas my parcel will go missing again , I wish hermes would get a grip!

Tracking info has shown the parcel is at my local depot for eight days. Sent an e-mail to ceo of Hermes and some numbskull has just rang me to let me know that the parcel has never been collected by Packlink from the seller. Packlink tracking shows three attempted deliveries at 01:00hrs, not true. Hermes now say I have to contact the seller. Already done that and the seller has assured me that the parcel has been collected and are unable to make contact with Packlink. Hermes have my parcel, how else would they have tracking details on their website that show it is in my local depot? Has it been lost or stolen? Told Hermes to F@#£ off and I will get a refund from the seller. DO NOT USE HERMES. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY LIE.

They never deliver on time. They lie about delivering your item and send you emails stating you were not at home when you know you have been at home. They dont even have anyone you can speak to plus their online chat is not helpful at all.

Stay away, they're a mess. Yes there is a pandemic, somehow everything else I've been ordering online is being delivered just fine, not if Hermes is doing the job. Been waiting for a parcel for forever and all I see with their tracking system is "We are sorry your parcel has been delayed 24 hrs" or "Your parcel is at your local depo" for 3 days in a row. Get your ducks in order people.

My parcel was "delivered" by the driver throwing it on my doorstep, ringing the bell then running to his van, as I opened the door he shouted its for you, I picked up the parcel to find it open and half the contents missing, the deriver and van had sped off. Tried to contact Hermes to complain but unable to speak to a human but automated service kept telling me parcel had been delivered and signed for, no signature had ever been obtained. Very upset as the parcel contained a present for somebody and I am now left with no present and out of pocket. I have all the details of the van number, the drop number and the round number but I cannot speak to anyone and I am absolutely furious and disgusted with this company what a shambles. I will never ever use this pathetic company again .

Pathetic, package delivered to wrong address, but sent a lovely photo of the package in someone else's shed which could be anywhere, how difficult it is to deliver to correct address

K Bruce I have read a lot of reviews posted by other people my problem is more of the same Hermes in Edinburgh have had my parcel since 5th of April this is now the 28th of April and still no sign of it Hermes are not contactable by any means I have tried all ways with no success. DONT touch this company they are the worst to deal with SHOCKING there should be a investigation by trading standards.

Parcel should have been delivered yesterday. Tracking said between 5-9PM. A while after that status was removed. Parcel never arrived, courier obviously decided it was to late. Will it arrive today, who knows????? Had I known it was Her.mes I would never have placed the order with the retailer in the first place. Not the first time Hermes have not bothered to deliver.

Worse company ever!!!! I buy something in Friday (naxt day delivery)hermes wrote in Monday that will be delay 24h Then i get message later it was delivery 16:46 but it wasnt!!! One hour later i get another message that is again delivey 17:46 but it wasnt!!!

Worse company ever! I buy something in Friday (next day delivery ) today 9am they wrote will be delay for 24h Then 16:46 i get message it was delivery but it wasnt i didnt get this! 1hour later i get another message that again was delivey 17:40 but it wasnt ! Never ever anymore hermes! !!! !!!

My package arrived today in a disgusting condition, it had been chewed by what looked like a dog damaging the contents inside. I am disgusted. I will NEVER be using this company again!

My hermes is very bad. They say they have attempted delivery when they haven't and then send your parcel back to sender! They are the worst courier i have known. I don't usually give negative feedback but this one is truely genuinely well deserved!

They have outright lied about the delivery. I live in a block of flats with a security door and buzzer system. Last monday afternoon I had a tin of paint delivered by hermes. NOT. Received an email saying my paint had been delivered and posted through my letterbox! It hadn't. I went outside my flat and looked around the landing, no paint. I tried to ring hermes cant get through just the robot, telling me to look at delivery photo. Delivery photo shows paint still on the van, my address isnt on it or my front door. They are liars. I wont use them again,

Courier told my supplier that I refused delivery absolutely not true, unbelievably a lot of suppliers seem to be using them would give 0 if I could.

USELESS, USELESS, USELESS, USELESS,USELESS Unfortunately, I have to give a star rating to leave a review; should be able to leave a zero rating. Pathetic customer service; they have been unable to deliver my parcel now on four or five separate occasions over the last 8 days, and are telling me that they are now unable to deliver to the address supplied, absolute waste of time and effort trying to get a sensible resolution from these people. I have never had any issues with any of the other main delivery/courier organisations delivering to my address, why is it such a problem for Hermes.
