Used Hermes to post a parcel beware when you do . Hermes are working with a company called wly complete savings . beware of small print when you post a item . They automatically sign you up for a account with that company which they then take 15 pound a month for doing nothing and supplying no service for the money .I have just seen on my bank statement they taking the money 3 times and you cannot get your money back. So a 6 pound parcel has now cost me 52 pound beware of scam.

Hermes staff abuse key worker on the phone and then hang up. Having damaged my item and then disposing of it on the 17th of April 2020 unknown to either the seller or myself. On the 28th of April after a 3hr wait to speak with an adviser I was told the reason for non delivery was due to thd item having been damaged in transit. This is despite being bubble wrapped and clearly labelled glass, fragile. Claimed that thd assessment team still need to look at it to ascertain the extent of the damage. Hermes Company policy, you will get a response in 48hrs. Never happened. Had to chase up after the 48hrs window to reply had elapsed. Then abused by the Hermes worker 'Josh' informed that the item, a 1930s Bauhaus original had been thrown away as broken and then started telling me what the selling company should be doing before putting the phone down on me. Since Hermes can not deliver on their promise it is highly inappropriate of their staff to start discussing the supposed failures of other companies and online seller.

I wouldnt even Give Hermes 1 Star but i cant write a review otherwise!!!! Where do i start!!! What an shocking company. Whenever i find out hermes are the courier i know im not getting my delivery 3 times yes 3 times they have done this and i am so fed up of this company. Even after a documentary on how awful they are why are they still allowed to operate?! You can never complain as you have to go through the sender. My deliveries have been itemd for items for my 1 yr old son they have never arrived andcwhen gone to order they either dont have his size or out of stock!!! I for one will NEVER use this company any again something needs to be done by trading standards and i will be taking it further!!

PARCEL NOT COLLECTED and NO ONE TO CONTACT HAVE APPLIED NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, INVOICE NUMBER,TRACKING NUMBER WITH NO RESULT OR HELP DISABLED and IN SELF ISOLATION. THIS IS NOT A "SERVICE" AT ALL

My parcel was due to be collected on14th April, no driver arrived. Phoned next day, yes will be collected today, no driver turned up. Tried live chat with Holly, she was utterly useless, can't e.mail anyone, don't even attempt to speak to a human, they don't exist at Hermes. No idea how to get a refund as it's now 2 weeks since I placed the order and it's still showing awaiting collection!! NEVER AGAIN WITH HERMES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was wrong, I left a safe space message which was ignored All my neighbours were in and no attempt to deliver to them This is the only delivery service that never works. All the other services have been brilliant in this crisis

I was informed that my parcel was being delivered between 12 and 4 yesterday. As we are all working from home and can see our front drive at all times, when no Hermes van had arrived by 4, I checked the tracking message which stated my parcel had been posted through my letterbox at 15.50. If this wasn't so pathetic and frustrating it would have been funny as I do not have a letterbox. To confirm the delivery a ridiculous photo of what looked like dirt and a metal bar was the proof that indeed this was the letterbox my parcel had been posted through! All attempts to contact Hermes were met with robots and no help whatsoever. If they were the last delivery company on earth, I wouldn't used them. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat paying customers

Dreadful company - ordered parcel via ebay, hermes delivered to a house - who knows where, not mine, with a photo taken by their courier of some random front door. Ebay won't refund cos hermes say they delivered and hermes webchat and phone totally useless as it cuts off as parcel was 'delivered' - I won't buy again if the delivery service is hermes

So nearly a month ago i shipped a item as a return on ebay. 1 week later my parcel was unable to be deliverer it was later found ‘unlocatable’ with constant back and forth emails i was given emails that didn’t even answer my questions. Terrible customer service. I have now submitted my claim form to get my money back, the seller on ebay said they will wait for the item and refund me however the parcel is lost! I submitted my claim and its been over two weeks still no reply if im getting my money back or not. Ridiculous shipping company i don’t understand how their business is still running with this service. 100% would NOT recommend, just reading these reviews tells you a lot. In future i will stick to royal mail.

I have not received my package. I have tracked it and it says that it was delivered and signed for. With the coronavirus going on, they aren't taking signatures for safety reasons and I have not gotten my package. It was apparently delivered 3 days ago., I've searched outside my house and asked my neighbours. Disappointing. I think one of the delivery people stole it.

The parcel did not arrive-what a surprise! Weeks later I still get the message-held up for 24 hours! Messenger of the gods-I don't think so. Hermes was immortal God help us! Please do not use this organisation. They do not want to be contacted or provide any sort of customer service.

Hermes claim to be trying to deliver a parcel but say they cannot find the address in the UK. They have been trying for 3 weeks and I have spent 3 hours trying to contact them on the phone to get the parcel returned. Ridiculously inefficient company

what went right, parcels delivered empty with items missing, invoiced for overweight items although have photo evidence of parcels sent and weight. Can t talk to anyone. Do not reply to any correspondance.

Avoid using Hermes as a courier at all costs. On my tracking info it said my parcel had been signed an delivered but I never received it. I tried calling the courier driver as it is usually the same driver that comes to my house but she continuously declined my calls. I tried calling customers services and going onto a live chat but they’re all automated. Hermes has the worst service I have ever seen, please avoid using them.

DO NOT USE. There was an issue trying to deliver my parcel, but I have no idea what the issue was. So I have no idea when and if my parcel will arrive as it is impossible to talk to anyone at this company. Absolute disgrace and a shambles of a company.

They have had the parcel for two weeks,have not delivered to date,impossible to speak to anyone,diabolical.tracking says they have tried to deliver but there have been no cards left nor phone call on the number provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On two occasions hermes stated they have delivered two separate parcels in the last two weeks. They haven't and cant use the excuse no one was in. Hermes themselves are not interested when you make enquiries. My advice to anyone is not use hermes, check with seller first if they use this courier. Hermes, If you can't cop in this current climate say so.

What a shambles I can understand in current climate things are a bit behind but this company is really really poor I am still waiting nearly two days later for my parcel to be picked up from my home and a customer waiting for it to be delivered can’t get in touch with Hermes and after reading rest of reviews I am taking my parcel else we’re I feel sorry for the other people who’s parcels have been lost damaged or delivered to wrong address thankfully I still have mine and can now go through a proper company who will deliver my parcel prompt and safe so people be aware stay away I’ll try talking to this stupid robot now for a refund
