Sent my daughter large parcel with her new house moving gifts from family, including her gran, who has now died and I even put the order of service from the cremation in the box, as daughter could not come, and all I get is the same as everyone else, only robots, no answer where it went, lost basically after pick up, will never use or recommend this company, they really don’t care, and have no where obviously for lost property, so what happens to all this stuff, described it all sent pics of labels and still nothing , been weeks now and not even refund done. If Hermes wants to get good comments I suggest they get human beings to start looking into this and everyone else’s, and if it’s theft then they really have a problem.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I hate Hermes the only company that I ever seem to have trouble getting packages from- when I find out something I have ordered is coming through them I'm instantly annoyed- my adress is not difficult to find the drivers are lazy and cannot do their jobs. - by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

Hi, have used Hermes before but will not again, a company run by robots could not get passed the first robot because see could not recognise my post code.they collected my parcel 17 Days ago but can’t find it at the depot, they are just a faceless company.

Avoid avoid avoid My parcel had a wrong address on it and then when I go to cancel the order my reference number is not valid which is the one they gave me which means now my money is gone down the drain.my Hermes are spastics

Just appalling service, either my package has been lost, or stolen. It was received by myHermes the day before delivery was due. But then on the day of the delivery the tracker read "We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours". That was 6 days ago, no updates since. The online retailer has recorded "Delay in delivery due to external factors" since the day after the original delivery date, and has now given up and refunded. myHermes does not offer any real means to contact them either, hiding behind their automated chat app that just diverts and runs you round in circles. Given the stories I've heard of thefts and lost parcels by the drivers this company employs, especially more in the current coronavirus climate, I'm inclined to believe my parcel is no different and it wasn't even high value. My family have had packages from myHermes where they have visibly been torn open, not just damaged in transit but visibly torn open and seals broken. This company is a joke, with a lack of responsibility and trustworthiness. They should certainly not be trusted to deliver your parcel, they are not reliable and need far better vetting of some of their drivers. They should be investigated.

Delivery times have been ok for me so far. The one star is beacause i have had a few parcels left outside my flat door in comunual area. Then the e-mail comes saying signed for by customer ? Obviously dont care what happens after it has left the van. Dont have a choice about deliveries but would never use them to send anything .

Sent a parcel with MyHermes Arrived in there depot quite fast to be honest....then the nightmare started : For some reason the delivery was postponed 24h then again then again for a ALL Months ! At the end I refunded the customer and ask for the parcel to be returned. Got it after few days : What a surprise : Box completely destroyed as if they were playing football with it ! And to finish me, half of the machine disappeared !!!! MyHermes you are a disgrace.

Absolute shambles, waiting 2 weeks for my parcel, still waiting now. In this time they've delivered 2 other things to my building!! Customer service is appalling, no one responds to emails or social media.

Absolute scum this company wouldn't trust them to deliver anything waited on a next day delivery for 5 days that was meant to be next day driver told me wasnt his problem then said his attitude was disgusting and he just gave me the finger and walked

Absolutely shocking - should not be allowed to trade. Useless automated system and incapable of dealing with issues. Instead you never know when parcels will turn up, tracking is useless. It stops me making a purchase if I know Hermes are the selected carrier

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE ON EARTH! I was meant to receive 2 parcels from them in the last 3 months. Both times there has been false information on the tracking data. Both times they claim to have attempted delivery but where told the parcel was no longer needed so it will be sent back to the sender... better yet, the only number I can find to call them on doesn’t work and the online chat helpless. Hermes, sort it out! It’s shameful!

they never left a card the holly digital system is ridiculous and no where to speak to a human and online just keeps saying need to speak to you about delivery but nowhere to speak with them absolutely appalling

My parcel for limited edition pins that I can no longer get has been lost by Hermes. It’s been stuck at the depo for 2 weeks and I have now been informed that it’s classed as lost. Disgusting service On a item that can no longer be replaced.

It would be a miracle if they made a genuine attempt to deliver my parcels. Just because I am on a main road doesn’t mean they can’t park round the corner and walk 2 minutes up the road instead of simply abandoning the delivery. There have been days where I have waited in specifically for my parcel at the set time, no one has come to the door and I get an update saying they tried but couldn’t deliver it. It is so frustrating that Hermes can’t just do their job properly like every other delivery service. Most recently as usual Hermes don’t even attempt to deliver my parcel when I am in the house all day. I avoid shopping with certain retailers if I know they deliver with Hermes. And when I find out that they do when the package has already been sent I have to come to terms that I will never see the parcel that I have ordered. It either mysteriously disappears or after pretending to attempt deliver it (even when I am in the flat all day) it just gets sent back to the seller. Absolutely appalling for actually receiving parcels and for terrible customer service. I’m unsure as to why they are so incompetent as I don’t experience this anywhere else. A complete joke of a company and waste of time. I wonder why retailers choose to deliver with Hermes as they must lose a lot of money from lost or returned items. My advice to any retailer would be to stop using Hermes and instead work with a reliable delivery service instead.

FAILED to collect package within 2 days. Then decided to cancel pick up. Not even able to refund cost. TERRIBLE service! Do not deal with them! AVOID at any cost! Cheap people pay twice!

This company is a absolute joke I booked a online pickup on Sunday 26/04/20 for collection on Tuesday 28/04/20 . No collection on 28th or 29th called them on the 30th and after a 40 minute wait on the phone was first told they tried to collect when I argued we are in lock down no one came the the second excuse was the courier that we gave the job too will not collect goods due to covid 19 . So why give them the job I asked they apologised and promised the item would be collected that day the 30th we are now on the 1st may and still my parcel has not been collected so I now have to use another courier at my expense to get the packing to a waiting customer if I don’t lose the sale. Never will I use or recommend this cowboy firm again

The second time that I used Hermes, they took three days to collect my parcel. If you are happy with 50% reliability then this is the courier service for you. I hope their delivery service is better than their collection service!

This company is not fit for purpose, and should not be trading with its currently awful standard of customer service. As a parcel recipient, they make it nigh-on impossible to talk to a real person and discuss issues of non-delivery, forged signatures, fabricated delivery attempts etc. etc. Whilst the retailers who send out goods with them are able to contact someone within the company, usually to be fobbed off with a false claim that the parcel has been lost or something, the actual person waiting in vain for delivery is left dangling on a piece of string. I have wasted valuable hours trying to chase the past five Hermes deliveries, none of which arrived. Among other things, I wanted to discuss with them the question of why their drivers are incapable of finding our address, though all other couriers do without apparent problem. But can I speak with anyone? There may be a phone number, but in my experience any attempt to get answers puts you into the dire cycle of FAQs>call phone number shown> multi-option auto message>Hermes hangs up>back to website>FAQs again............. the worst of the modern age.

Been waiting on 2 parcels for about 2 weeks now, I appreciate there may be a delay in deliveries but I’ve been informed they may have ‘lost’ one of my parcels even though the the seller states it’s in a distribution centre somewhere and my 2nd parcel is running late, couldn’t be delivered and now still stuck in Sheffield somewhere, appalling customer service, not happy
