“I've never been so angry in my entire life! These clowns have "lost" yet another parcel of mine (an expensive MONSOON dress), that's the second this month! Over the last year these incompetent fools have lost four parcels of mine, and it's ALWAYS expensive items! I wish someone would put them out of business..... they're the most aggravating bunch of cowboys I've ever encountered! A very shoddy outfit indeed!”

“Hermes must be the most unreliable parcel delivery company in the world!! The drivers can't read and are openly rude. If I didn't have to receive a parcel from them I would never have any contact with them at all. They are absolutely RUBBISH. NEVER NEVER NEVER ever send a parcel via them. I have been warned by other companies not to use them to send parcels and I now know not to order from companies that use them. BAD BAD BAD.”

“Someone at Hermes stole my parcel. I sent a brand new graphic monitor in original box. It was collected without a problem. But the tracking details remained on 'collected' for nearly a week. After a lot of chasing, the parcel was declared missing. It's a large parcel and CAN'T go missing. Some clown in the delivery chain realised it's a valuable item and decided to steal it. This is the only explanation. Luckily, I already had it fully insured through Parcel2Go, and after a month I managed to get my the item value refunded. I'm nevertheless still very angry at the quality of some humans they hire in this company. Will NEVER ever use Hermes again.”

“I watched the delivery status on the Hermes App. When I went into my garden for 15 minutes it still said it was not out for delivery. My garden is not large and its side is adjacent to the road. On returning back indoors I discovered the parcel had been left with a neighbour. I had not nominated a safe place and had stayed home to receive the parcel. I will inform John Lewis I am not happy with this delivery. Your tracking process is a joke. Have a look at Royal Mail to see how a good tracking system works and serves the customer well.”

“Absolutely appalling. Arranged a parcel to be picked up (a return they had delivered the day before!), half way through day was told would not happen and to take to parcel shop. Few days later due to have package delivered, placed on hold and needed more details - could not get hold of them to give details!”

“Parcel left under my car!!! This is allegedly a safe place!!! No email or calling card telling me where it was, I only knew it was there when the Royal Mail man told me it was there. Not the first time there have been problems and I cannot understand why people still send items via Hermes. A complete disgrace of a courier company. Do not use!!!”

“Truly awful courier service. Received a message informing me of my delivery slot, immediately followed by a “unable to deliver” message. Apparently I wasn’t in, despite sitting here waiting for the parcel. Rang the number (£6 charge) automated message “lines are down due to maintenance”, spoke to the auto bot “Holly” - laughable. Emailed company email “undeliverable”....... DO NOT USE HERMES!”

“I want to know what sort of micky mouse operation you are running. Told twice now that you were going to deliver and failed both times. I would never use your company to deliver my parcels and avoid if possible any company that I think is going to use you. I have had several deliveries from you that were delivered next door. You seem to employ drivers with little command of English and can't tell the difference between a house and a bungalow. Totally useless company. Copy and paste of this will be shared on social media far and wide with updates of if you finally deliver or admit you've lost it.”

“Unnreliable Avoid use a different courier Parcel was lost as online results that is steel to be colected by the driver and whent in the parcel shop and parcel is not there and is IMPOSSIBLE to contact someone and talk with HUMAN tried all the possibilities via phone you can not ghet trough the bot . on the website information you get is rubbish and nothing useful send a lot of emails and is been a week now and i did not recieve any answerr to my emails more than 10 emails i sent also reviews are being hided or eliminated or censured as i could not find my review but now i will macke shure that i will paste it everywhere so is hadrder to hide and delete .”

“Received Email saying parcel delivered 21-14 parcel not delivered couriers only work 08-00. 20-00 Will never use hermes again their service is a scam. That's why you can't speak to a human”
