“I got an email saying my delivery would be between 10am - 2pm, it never came, then I got a message saying having trouble getting to this address, tried calling and I also used the chat, she asked for tracking no. which I did, then she came back with call back tomorrow, needless to say I still haven't received my parcel!”

“Very unhappy with the service! Received multiple emails about attempted deliveries but on at least 2 occasions there was no such attempt as I was at home waiting for the delivery all evening. In addition, you can't speak to anyone other than a robotic recorded system which is frustrating.”

“I genuinly don’t understand why companies use Hermes still? They are utterly useless. I ordered some clothes off of I saw it first on Monday for next day delivery for the Tuesday. Come late Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have my parcel. I called up to get help but all you get is some automated robot talking to you and it was of no help at all! Ridiculous, not going to shop from websites that use Hermes anymore, no point if you can’t even get guaranteed delivery.”

“Sent a parcel which the weight was slightly more then i guessed and they wanted a extra 6.64 so the total cost for a 3kg parcel was near on £10 thats daylight robbery be very careful using this company they seem like cowboys!!!!!!”

“Left the parcel by my front door in plain sight of all passers by (I live on a main road!) And couldn't even post the delivery card through the letterbox, just left it sticking out! Not sure why it was that difficult to make more effort?! Fortunately I returned home whilst both the parcel and card were still there.”

“Hermes courier left only one boxed pair of boots that I had ordered from Kurt Geiger in the porch. The plastic bag containing the box was open and it contained no paperwork. The courier said he'd left 2 boxed pairs of boots and he'd got a customer signature. Totally untrue. I don't recognise the signature on the tracking record.”

“Driver said parcel was delivered to either neighbour or porch. Neither was true. Could offer no evidence to back up delivery. It’s my word against theirs and they couldn’t care less. Awful courier service”

“Booked a collection for following day - failed to collect called them promised to come out that same day, failed to arrive, called again, failed to collect - logged a complaint to only get told I must take my parcel to a depot - or either cancel. This is not what I paid for. Will never use this company again. Customer service is disgusting. Do not recommend them at all.”

“Had a package ordered from a retailer says it was left in my porch and the picture was of red something no parcel and no card not delivered to my neighbours so where is my package.? Not the first time this has happened they stolen a pair of trainers before that I had delivered why are the drivers so incapable of delivering a simple package not just dumping it where ever they feel like either or if at all and you can not speak to a human at my Hermes which is terrible and “holly “ is not helpful at all and when u call up your near enough cut off straight away disgusting!!!!!!!!! Should not be allowed to trade at all avoid this company at all costs and retailers should look hard at what delivery companies they use as well”

“Company persistently claimed they had left my parcel over my back gate when my gate has a roof on. Received the proof of delivery image and the property wasn't even my house. Having spend days proving this with images of my house also asked them to look on the drivers tracker to find out where he was at that time so I could track down my item to no avail. They just kept emailing me back suggesting it was over my back gate and expecting me to accept it.”

“HERMES IS NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! They leave parcels everywhere and system says it was delivered with my next door neighbors BUT IT WASN'T. YOU HAVE to call their service and they only can say sorry but still no package. IT'S NOT A FIRST TIME SAME THING HAPPENED.. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY..THEN YOU HAVE TO CHASE YOUR PACKAGE!!!!!”
