“waited over a week for delivery of a part for a vehicle with "it will be with you tomorrow " promises every day. Said they tried to deliver today but nobody in. We are a company with a full time receptionist so I cant see what the problem with delivery could have been. My customer waiting for his taxi cab to be returned is furious and wont deal with me again . Completely useless !”

“What went Wrong . Your Lazy F@@king drivers who don't even get out of the van to attempt to deliver a parcel. how can they miss a sign in 1 foot tall letters saying Hermes on the door.i used to delver to Hermes depots across the Uk From Europe you truly are a shocking Company and deserve to go bust. the management at your company should be ashamed of themselves. to have that many complaints and bury there heads in the sand .i would like one of your Mangers to contact me directly by email . But it will never Happen as not one of them has the balls to Talk to a customer by email or by phone. Just for once take responsibility for the Shocking Service you provide. And deal with A customer complaint And not hide behind your ludicrous automated service . Machine So Hermes are you up for the Challenge of dealing with a customer Complainant I wont wait with baited some one to contact me . if You Contact me i will put a review up that you acctuly care about customers”

“If I could give minus 5 I would....attempted delivery to my eBay collection shop and they wouldn't accept(spoke to the shop....didn't even try to deliver) customer service very unhelpful...won't tell me where my parcel is so I can collect....everytime I have a delivery via Hermes they mess it up...absolute joke of a company and how they are still trading is beyond me!!!!”

“Their courier service is so poor and appalling. The courier never deliver items on time. They don’t call if they are finding difficulties accessing the premises. The customer service is even worse you have no access of speaking to anyone. I don’t know retailers still use them when there is better delivery companies like DPD.”

“Hermes stated they have fully delivered my parcel through my letterbox. Didn’t receive it so I check outside and it was behind my plant pot! Seriously someone had of easily took it not impressed.”

“Yet again Hermes made no attempt to deliver a parcel to me. Can't contact them in anyway and even when Amazon contacted them to arrange for them to try again they didn't bother. You may as well throw your product in the bin as send it via Hermes.”

“If I could give a negative star rating I would, sent an ebay item through pack link, a heavy 4k pasta machine,my hermes delivered to the wrong address (the photo of the doorstep was different to the delivery address / quite easy to check using google street view)it supposedly was posted through the letterbox, HAHA! I sent photos to prove the address was wrong ,and the buyer opened a claim via ebay,yet hermes wanted a signed letter from buyer to say it hadn’t arrived, (no address was given where to send letter)so now I am out if pocket, and my Hermes sitting pretty after making it too difficult to contact them, has anyone ever tried to report a driver for clearly not bothering to check they were at the right house,and leave it on an unsecure place, IMPOSSIBLE!!! Use at your own risk”

“Rude, arrogant and doesnt understand what ringing a doorbell is. All they do is knock a door, wait half a second and go throw it at the back of the house. And leave a note to say i cant be bothered to be polite and speak to you. When i opened the door he just got in mucky van rolled his window down and said "di you want me to wait 5mins" Horrible and disgusted by your service”

“The worst delivery company in the UK. Every other Parcel firm can deliver to us but this lot i don't think they even get out of the van .just a note on the app we cant find your address ' if i could have given no stars i would have, i buy my things off Chain reaction i wont buy anything from them again while they are using Hermes”

“Hermes tell lies!! This is the fourth time I have had a problem with them - I have only used them five times in total. The latest ruse is to update tracking saying the parcel has been picked up by their 'friendly courier'( Wednesday @14.04) and is awaiting scheduling. This is absolutely NOT the case. Two days on, the parcel is still awaiting pickup.”

“Absolutely useless - it is impossible to actually speak to anyone regarding a parcel I have ordered off Amazon. Hermes have said it is too big to deliver so is being passed to another courier but I have no idea when it is due to arrive so are they going to call when I am out and take the parcel back. I am getting so frustrated as can't seem to talk to a single person!”

“Hermes delivery service is the worst. I ordered a birthday gift for someone and when I found out Hermes was going to deliver I was annoyed as I always have a problem with them. They apparently delivered my parcel to my home and someone signed for it but no one even came as I was home all day. I stil haven't got my parcel from that day.. also today I am waiting for a delivery first they said it was going to be delivered between 11-2, the 3-5 now 6-8 what is this? It's so bad honestly. They really need to be shut down it's so bad”

“This is the second time I have had a notice that Hermes are having issues delivering to me address. No way of making direct contact with a human being to discuss. I have had to contact the supplier to ask them to sort this out. I will source a supplier that does not use Hermes.”

“Parcel got left in a full recycle bin when the bins were obviously due for collection as the whole street had their bins out the front for collection. The recycle company emptied the bin and the parcel 16 minutes after it had been left there by Hermes!! The bin has never been designated as a”safe place” by me!!”

“The delivery drivers don't care about the parcels at all. Once my parcel was left behind bin and no note was left to let me know where the parcel is plus my tracking was showing that i have signed for the parcel which means the driver did it and just dumped the parecel behind bin. Yesterday was waiting at home all day waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Opend hermes app up to check what time it was supposed to be delivered and guess what? It shows that the parcel was delivered and signed for by customer at 11am? I haven't signed anything and don't have the parcel either. Its ridiculous. People please stop using hermes as they don't care about the customer or the parcels. Not worth your stress. Pay a bit more but use proper companies to get your parcels delivered.”

“Hermes customer service is appalling, I currently have 5 parcels which should have been collected 3 days ago, no contact or explanation from Hermes about why no collection. Impossible to get through on the phone or via live chat. This really is a disgraceful uncaring organisation. My local courier is great but let down by the biggest Cowboy organisation in the country. i would like to award zero stars”

“Hermes are by far the worst and I wish companies would stop using them. They constantly claim they visited your home and nobody was in ( we have security cameras and I'm always home due to being a mother to a child with disabilities) And they never visited. When they do visit they don't bother knocking on the door, instead they throw the parcel over your fence and post a card stating nobody was home which is lazy. When you try to solve the issues there's no contact number”
