Very bad experience several times. Not delivered on time. They said they attempted delivery, but they didn’t as we were in. Several delays. In general, I am wondering why big firms rely on them for delivering their products.

Only had products delivered by Hermes twice over a 5 month period and neither arrived- tracking is waste of time, no contact details whatsoever and spent 23 wasted minutes on the online chat with awful response - I will now never buy anything online if Hermes is the courier. Hurry up and go out of business - I have never come across anyone with a good word to say about this company.

My Hermes are appalling, there customer service does not exist. My hermes informed me that delivery had been attempted 3 times, that is untrue as the gentleman my parcel was being delivered to is handicapped & cannot leave his flat. No attempts to deliver the parcel took place. Trading Standards should investigate this disgraceful business. DO NOT USE, IT WILL COST YOU GRIEF.

Paid for collection to return parcel to QVC. Got a label and promise to collect but Hermes never collected parcel. Customer Services won’t help without tracking number which they never gave me in the first place. Useless.

This company has the most shocking customer service I have EVER experienced. It doesn't even exist. They delivered the wrong item with two stickers. One with my name and one with someone elses. Their automated 'customer service' states the item has been delivered and states the call is over. NO way whatsoever to get in contact with them. Tried all the numbers I can find online. Avoid at all costs.

Hermes? rubbish left my parcel in a so called safe place and sent me a pic to prove it. it was left on my drive way in full view of the road, when I got home it was gone they say they have proof of delivery I say they do not. their site says they will live with a neighbour, or try redelivery up to three times, they are liars. can't even contact them as they hang up telling me its been delivery to my safe place and to contact the seller. I had to pay for delivery and have no redress with HERMES the SMARMES as im not their customer

Another 2 packages from HERMES that have not been delivered - not even attempted. They claimed one was signed for and one was posted through a letter box of my address when I was in all evening and nothing was delivered in the allocated delivery time and no attempt was made. It is not hard to find my house which is right on the road. Awful service and dishonest. Picture for proof provided is just a blank black picture and no signature when clicked on "signature provided" provided as proof of delivered.

Doesn't even deserve one star as I'm yet to receive my parcel. Was told the driver had problems accessing my property when there are no gate or security doors. This is my third day of waiting and still no parcel and no idea when it will be delivered. Horribly company that cares very little about its customers.

Never ever have i have a smooth delivery with myhermes to the point where i will not use suppliers that deliver with 'myhermes' i live on a main road really easy property to find... they never seem to beable to find it. No other company has a issue, terrible to contact... infact dont even attempt to contact them you cant. On the odd occasion that they do deliver it either ends up left in the bin or they come to the door and are non english speaking.

I ordered an item on 28th February from Debenhams for a birthday present. On 6th March I had still not received this and it was needed for the 7th. I contacted Debenhams Head office who apologised and contacted Hermes who advised it would be delivered 7th March between 5-7pm. Delivery did not arrive and I was at home all day. There was no card out through the letterbox so I contacted Debenhams Head Office again. I received a response saying Hermes were adamant they had delivered to my home address and received a signature. This was total lies. I then tried the neighbours the following day and one of them had my parcel but it was too late for the persons birthday and it certainly was not signed for by me as they had said or notified me where they had dropped it off. Today a Hermes driver was in our street and I asked him if he had delivered the parcels in my street on Saturday he said yes. I asked him why he had knocked on my door before trying to leave with someone else. He became very abusive and had absolutely no intention of apologising. I will not order anything that is to be delivered by Hermes again I think they are a disgusting courier service.

God Awful Company! Unfortunately one of these courier companies where there is no way to communicate with a human, even by email. They have the stupidity to think it can be all automated online by computer. Don't they realise when things go wrong the computer will not put it right! They are basically saying they don't care about your package, well in that case I don't care to use their service again, ever! I have sent three packages back to Amazon using Hermes and only one has been delivered. The other two I am still waiting to be delivered back to them over a week later and I am not hopeful. What is taking them so long? Are they delivering it by camel? I get the impression it will never be delivered and has gone into a black hole. All I get on their website is that they have got it and it is on its way back, that was a week ago! The problem is, is that they have still got it and to date won't actually deliver it!!! No way I will put myself through the pain of using Hermes again nor using a retailer that delivers through them.

I bought and paid for goods on 24th of February. Had email from Hermes on 27th saying they had my parcel. It is now the 8th of March and I have still not had delivery. Had apology for delay on 1st March saying parcel was on its way but still waiting for delivery. How can this firm call themselves delivery company when they just can't deliver. Customer service is non existent as there is no way of contacting them. I will never buy anything on line again if I know that the seller is using Hermes as their courier. They are without a doubt the worst I have ever dealt with. Why anyone still uses them I don't understand after reading so many bad reviews on them. The sooner they go out of business the better for all of us who have been let down so badly by their incompetence.

I have been tracking a package this week which is due to be delivered to a click and collect address suggested on eBay. When I checked the progress of the package this morning it said that I had requested that it is returned to sender ????? This is definitely NOT the case !!! What is going on with this courier company? Can they not be trusted to deliver a package??? Totally disgusted with the service so far! Hopefully will be able to ring and sort it out tomorrow??

We had been told by Hermes that the delivery person was told to return the parcel to supplier. We did not see or speak to delivery person we want the parcel to be delivered. Cannot fine away of contacting Hermes by phone that is answered

Ordered some products from a retailer and, unfortunately, Hermes was the courier. After being told it would arrive within 2 or 3 days, I was told it wouldn't arrive then and in fact would come 4 days after I ordered it - not the end of the world. So I wait at home for the package to be delivered when I get an email saying it had been delivered already to my address, which it hadn't as I had been waiting all day for it. A few hours later the delivery driver arrives with my package. However, this driver couldn't give me the package so I try to explain to him that it already says it's been delivered so there must be some mistake and he can just give me the package. But no, he says that he can't give it to me and I have to wait until tomorrow. Unsurprisingly, tomorrow comes, and no package arrives. I've attempted to contact Hermes' but they have made it impossible to tell them how non functioning their company is because their entire enterprise assumes that nothing can go wrong and there are no errors. I tried calling a number but it didn't connect me with a person who might be able to listen to what I had to say and understand. It connected me with an automated system that just told me the my package had been delivered and didn't give me the option to talk to anyone. I will no longer be shopping with any retailer that uses Hermes' services and highly recommend that EVERYONE else does the same

After receiving 2 emails half an hour apart telling me that my parcel was with a courier and would be delivered between one and five I waited in and no parcel arrived. The following day I again received 2 telling me the same as the day before, again no parcel arrived so I used your live chat service which did not help and then requested an email and was told they would reply within 24 hours. I did receive an email telling me that my delivery had been rearranged for today, it would have been nice to have been informed that you were not going to deliver two days ago. After getting home from work on Friday my parcel eventually arrived and was Left on my the front porch.
