“We have been using Hermes for the past couple of years, we bought a parcel box to make life easier, we get great service from Hermes the chap is ever so friendly, get a parcel box if you want hassle free delivery simple”

“I had an awful experience with the retailer whom I purchased a faulty item with. They send a courier to collect the item but with a return label that I was unable to print. I was very lucky to have found and amazing Hermes courier names Zack who went out of his way to assist me. I cannot thank him enough.”

“Cannot find local stores, put postcode in to be asked to put a full post code. Only lived here for 20 years, I think I should know it by now. Tried phone no from various sources, all I get is yes no question and then good bye. I read some of the reviews, and most point in the direction of avoid. It looks like I have dodged the bullet as I cannot even find a local parcel shop. I agree with some of the reviews Chat and phone no are waste of time! To the person who managed to speak to someone needs a medal. On the up side we must have a one off delivery man as he is friendly and polite”

“Hermes delivered my parcel without a hitch , I was emailed as soon as they received it , I cud then track it as an wen I wanted 2 , then received an email sayin it was goin 2 b delivered , day, date and times . WELL DONE , it's a shame otha delivery companies can't inform their customers like u do !!!!”

“Living in an apartment block on Salford Quays (M50), we experience poor service from some couriers . Maxine who delivers for Hermes is wonderful - she is diligent, efficient and friendly, brings parcels to the door, really seems to care - can't praise her enough.”

“Ive heard all the stories and was thinking the worst but this is my first time getting a parcel delivered from hermes. Stated it's was arriving between 5pm - 7pm, it arrived at 17:55.”

“Couriers Julie and Ben exceeded my expectation after I gave the wrong delivery address in error. They messaged me to advise what they would do to get my parcel to me as quickly as possible. Parcel arrived next day. They kept in touch advising me of progress throughout the process. Thank you so much for great customer service”

“I would just like to leave a review for Iva who delivers and collects our Hermes parcels from CB4 3TA. She is a lovely person, who always smiles, is so polite even when she is rushing around. Please can you let her manager know how happy I am and what a professional and excellent service she is providing. If only all companys could have staff like Iva, the world would be a better place.”

“We use Hermes a lot. Sometimes several times a week for sending eBay things and they have never let us down. I sent a box of presents out to Sweden and missed the last sending day for Christmas by one day but Hermes delivered it in Sweden on the 22nd. Thank you Hermes.”

“I've experienced a miracle! After weeks of having parcels delayed (COVID taken into account) and disappearing I've had a parcel that was collected from an eBay seller on a Saturday delivered the following Monday. The parcel was collected at midday on 19 December, processed at the national hub the same day and delivered to me at midday on 21 December. If only the Hermes experience was always stress free like this.”
