“Bad, bad experience. Bought some quality stuff and courier delivered to a wrong address that I did not even know. Always have a problem with them. Can’t even speak to anyone on the phone. Will never use them. Waste of time.”

“Huge Thank you to Hermes staff for continually giving absolutely top service. I have received many parcels over the past several months following a variety of on-line shopping searches all of which have been delivered by Hermes...each one delivered promptly, securely and in perfect condition by a smiling, polite Hermes delivery person plus delivery taken place as informed. “We have deliveries by Hermes most days and the delivery man( Mohammed) that delivers to S9 area is very friendly and professional. We always use Hermes for sending parcels and find pricing very reasonable.”

“A great service from the regular Hermes driver especially during the Lockdown. Having received regular parcels and sent returns they always arrived without fail when I had arranged. Looking at other reviews its a pity some people haven’t had the same service as I have had. Thank You”

“Was due to receive a parcel from Whistl which was delivered to Hermes on June 18 on their track and trace. But now they cannot trace it! Funny that! They are seriously not interested. I had to get resolver involved and this was their continual answer of four that they made ! Thanks for getting in touch with us about parcel number 1640297148958327. I apologies the inconvenience caused to you on this occasion and I am extremely very sorry for conduct of the service. I understand, however your retailer has their own policies to follow for these scenarios. We have done everything we can on our side and this is why you’re now best speaking directly with them so they can make any further arrangements they feel necessary which may include a replacement or a refund. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. “This is a special thank you to our regular delivery driver. During lockdown he has so patiently, politely and always with a smile delivered our numerous packages to us! “Ordered items from Marks and Spencer’s on a Friday evening late for next day delivery but would be delivered on Sunday, checked to see Hermes will be bringing it so read the reviews about them and became quite concerned regarding negative reviews. Informed by Hermes parcel will be delivered between 1pm - 3pm Sunday. It was delivered approx just after 12 noon by a pleasant courier.”
