Congratulations... You've just failed to deliver again......your drivers said they attempted delivery at 3.39pm today... LIES once again. How do I know you ask? Because I have been in my front garden all day today and did not leave it until 18.00hrs. Between you and Yodel you have to be the worst couriers in this area! If I knew Amazon would get you to deliver I would have cancelled the order

Both my wife (disabled) and I (age) are self isolating due to the Coronavirus and I ordered on Friday a card and bottle of Champagne from Moonpig to be delivered to her today on Mother’s Day. They subcontracted to MyHermes who said they would deliver via local courier today between 1200 and 1600 today. Just had a message to say they were having an issue delivering to our address. Sun shining so usual deplorable service from Myhermes who obviously couldn’t be bothered to deliver. Will never use either Moonpig or Myhermes again. Getting money back but both have ruined our day.

Sent me a tracking email saying they had delivered and would I like to see the signature. Been home for 6 days straight, no delivery and I certainly didn't sign anything. Criminal.

5717076765430930 - was sitting at the window waiting for my parcel. Tracking says "there was no one to accept delivery".. I thought I may have missed driver while blinking or perhaps could not hear doorbell so checked my CCTV footage.. My CCTV recorder saying you're lying! Very dissapointed as this is happening frequently with Hermes..

I refunded a parcel through Hermes to Zalando company, they have failed to deliver for the past 15days,and without recourse to me.They are highly fraudulent and shouldnt be used as delivery people.

This company should be banned from ever accepting another parcel, the list of prohibited items grows so long that you are not covered by any of the insurance and your item will be stolen or destroyed. Avoid like the plague and send it with someone who actually cares like the trusted royal mail. The delivery driver even signed for the parcel and left it outside on the step in the rain.

Only review I have done. This is a scam and they will not deliver and don't allow you to cancel. A waste of time and money. I'm expecting delays because of coronavirus but they haven't collected my parcel after multiple days. Please avoid this. It's a joke.

I DO WISH PEOPLE WOULD STOP USING MYHERMES AS A DELIVERY SERVICE - THEY ARE RUBBISH!!!! I had a parcel delivered today by MyHermes, the driver put the parcel by the door and drove off. If I hadnt seen her arrive I wouldnt have known a parcel was there, notification was not received by text or email to say it had been delivered. When I opened the door she (the driver) said "we are not allowed to knock on doors" I was a bit bewildered she then said "Its not my fault, if you are not happy with it take it up with MyHermes". Her attitude was horrendous to say the least. I know everybody has to be careful these days, but what is wrong with the drivers wearing gloves, that way they can ring the doorbell stand 2 meters back (Just like the Post Office staff are doing) and let people know there is a delivery. I would like to know, what would have been done if the parcel had walked, not that we live in a rough area, but you never know. This is not the first time I have had a problem with deliveries from MyHermes, so it is not just because of the crisis the world is in at the moment, it is MyHermes all over!! So, people THINK TWICE BEFORE USING MYHERMES! there are better companies to use.

Paid for next day delivery at the Hermes machine at the local petrol filling station. OK with Corona virus I expect a little delay. Five days later, no delivery and the "tracking number" on the receipt is not recognised by the phone robot. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at Hermes. I WILL NEVER use this company again. Customer service is USELESS.

Absolutely awful. Couldn’t believe how my parcel turned up! The tracking was all over the place, they didn’t seem to know what had happened to it. The courier just gave me the damaged box, said how damaged it was and walked off without checking if everything was ok. It’s a pity the sellers are still using Hermes, when I sent them the pictures they said they keep complaining but nothing changes!

Stolen contents. I was notified of a delivery by email at 10.02 thru my letter box. I went to the door within 5 mins. the empty package with tracking number was stuffed into my letter box. the goods were missing, there was a hole in the package and the package was empty. the goods (part of a set of tooling) had been stolen. these parts were quite useless to anyone without the rest. vicious, selfish and idiotic pilfering by the staff after delivery to Hermes and being packed by Hermes for delivery. My name is Simon Spencer and I am very upset by this idiotic theft of no use or value to anyone without the other parts 21/03/2020

Yet again a driver has stolen my parcel and sent me a photo of the inside of his house as proof of delivery. Contacting Hermes is impossible to do.

Hermes still money. I pay for collection and delivery. After 8 days nobody collect my parcel , i can't cancel ant take money back , i can't contact somebody from Hermes . Have just one number where everyday one robot tell me :today somebody will colect your parcel but....nothing after 8 days.

They need to introduce options to schedule delivery days or time-frames; or a pick-up option from their local depot - the times that they chose to attempt to deliver my parcel happened to be inconvenient, and now my parcel is being sent back to sender - useless!

I’ve receiving my parcel from Hermes.uk and all my parcel comes open with some Hermes sellotape around and always some items missing.try to contact Hermes but of course by phone a robot answer your calls and by email they are useless, so try to tell then who gonna pay for my missing items and they care less, All the employees are thiefs the driver he give me the parcel his always the same drug delivery Brasilian guy And I know he stole my items, and Hermes still do nothing about it, all of them are thiefs and thiefs company Hermes will be.

Delivery Driver would not accept my request for him to sign the parcel, considering their new policy for corona virus is that i'm allowed to ask for this, as per every other delivery service. Frequently damaged goods, even when sending a parcel, they DO NOT ALWAYS take up to their stated full dimensions and will frequently not turn up to collect the order. Never, ever, would i willingly use this courier, both as a business and customer.

It is the worst courier in the UK. If you are a business, don't deal with MyHermes ever. They are often delaying, no way to correct the address, no way to contact them. You will be left in the unknown, not knowing what happens next.

NO delivery, automated customer response simply says to contact retailer (Amazon) whilst tracking shows item with MyHermes. Amazon say to contact courier..... Why does Amazon allow MyHermes to be a delivery agent for their goods....?

Hermes have got to be the single slowest delivery company in the UK. Their tracking is also next to useless - seems to have no update other than confirming they have your parcel. As someone that sells on eBay these clowns always seem to default as one of the first options offered for posting even though there are comparable services which are similar a price and much quicker. Why people use them to post items I have no idea, my only guess is laziness. I could understand if they were that much cheaper.
