A disgrace from start to finish, i purchased from someone and they sent Sunday. Was supposed to be delivered Wednesday waited in all day nothing, went onto live chat waited 50 minutes 678 was my number and it goes down until 0. Just to be told 15 lies literally no joke, they said that my parcel would be delivered today and that they will put it in the bin corner and it will be delivered at 3pm. Called up at 4pm and spoke to advisor who told me that instructions weren't updated and that live chat have lied to me. Got told that my parcel will definitely be with me by Friday well today is Friday and no update and no parcel. When I try to call through it says where having technical difficulties with this right now and to call back later and then hangs up on me. I wouldn't mind so much but these are christmas presents that needed to be yesterday. Don't use this service ever they lie, they ignore and nothing gets done.

Delivery time slot constantly pushed back. Parcels left for everyone to see and just take!

I booked for an item to be collected in Glasgow to be delivered to Bognor Regis. The booking process appeared to be go smoothly until the item was to be collected. It started that the courier had difficulties to collect after contacting customer services who advised emails and contact with the courier had been done - i was to await as it was all sorted out. 2-3 days afterward I had to contact again and was advised that the matter had been escalated to the courier's manager and it was sorted. 2-3 days after after contacting customer services and being advised that it had been sorted and after item delivered to contact and I would get full refund. 2-3 days later i had to return call again and advised that the item was still not uplifted as it was still at shop. I again was advised that a text and contact would be made with courier which I advised that I did not want this as this was previous the options that was given to me.However they attempted again and advised that they were escalating the situation to area manager. Between all this a courier when to the delivery address for uplift. I was advised that I could rebook the item and I requested whether I would get refund and the call handler advised she could not advise that - I advised that the call handler a couple of days previous advised that this was an option. I asked if I could get a guarantee for the parcel to be uplifted and I was advised that refund was being done but I was to look at booking the delivery with another company. I asked if I could not speak to manager or supervisor now and was advised that the manager would return my telephone call at 4pm today - it is now 7.35pm and I am still waiting. . I am sorry I am not happy with the service that has been given to me also the difficult time I have had trying to get this sorted has been very difficult. Avoid Avoid Avoid- total confusion getting the parcel delivered by a more reputable service

Waited at home as Hermes had emailed for a parcel that was never delivered...They were re-arranging delivery date a few times only to eventually notifies me that they’ve attempted to deliver 3 times which is a lie and send my parcel back! It’s ridiculous! There is no proper number nor email to contact them on and their digital assistant is completely useless! The worst customer experience ever!

Order from John Lewis: Text saying out for delivery ... then email saying will deliver between 2-4pm Tuesday. Nothing. Delivery allegedly attempted Wednesday - card through door saying will try again Thursday. THEN get email saying parcel delivered to Porch (I don’t have a porch) at 22:45 Wednesday. THEN get more emails apologising for delay in delivery. JL tracking says still with courier... three days after it was supposed to arrive. Tracking Service is a joke. Delivery is a joke.... why ANYONE would pay money for this “service” is beyond me.

Booked collection from my home on Saturday for the following Monday. They did not turn up. No notification as to why. Thursday they came at 5.15 p.m. to pick up. To late I had arranged another reliable company who came collected and delivered the next day. Hermes you are absolutely disgusting. Will never use you again as long as I live

The company lies. I got a message from them saying my package had been delivered to my safe place along with a card telling me exactly where it was. Neither was true. I spent the next TWO WEEKS communicating via resolver.co.uk and eventually the parcel turned up two weeks late. I had scoured the neighbourhood looking for it as Hermes were insistent that is had been delivered on time.

4th parcel of 4 (Disney) never arrived, no surprise now. Tracking has just been updated saying more help finding address. Try using a sat nav the house has been here nearly a hundred years and no one else has had a problem delivering. Completely useless

3rd parcel of 4 (Mand M, next day) order never arrived tracking still not updated 5 days later Put a complaint in via resolve eventually got an update over 1 week later saying they have misplaced the parcel and contact the sender. Completely no care for the customer. Asked Mand M to resend parcel with a different company, which they have.

Waited in all day for a parcel as Hermes had emailed to say it was being delivered. Having wasted a full day I now discover they've sent another email to say they attempted delivery at 3.10pm. No you didn't Hermes!! There is no number to contact them on. Total joke of a company. Furious. If I could give no stars I would!

2nd parcel of 4 two parts) 1st part arrived 2nd never arrived (Debenhams order) Debenhams had no joy with where the package was and had to refund the order due to not having any stock left) Organised pick up of first part of order and guess what never came to pick up parcel

1st parcel of 4 never arrived and tried to say they attempted delivery, complete lie, we had recordings Tried to contact Hermes and all you get is an automated response then cuts you off. Put a complaint in via resolve eventually got an update over 1 week later saying they have misplaced the parcel and contact the sender. Completely no care for the customer

Was waiting for an item which was sent on the Hermes 3-5 day delivery. After 8 days no sign off the item and the tracking had been static for 6 days. As there is no way of contacting the company asked the sender to intervene and it turned out the item had been at the Gatwick hub for 6 days. Eventually received the item after a total of 10 days. Abysmal service and it looks like Hermes may have serious problems........best to avoid!!

Checked my tracking and it said that my parcels had been delivered and signed for. By who I would like to know?? The signature is just a line. They didn't knock on my door. I have been home all day. No card was left. Cannot find any contact number to call Hermes. Why would any company want to use their appaling service? The delivery people are the worst.
