terrible firm,ive been messing about with this firm for three days over a delivery,i was told it was delivered but it wasnt,three different time slots and still no delivery,spoke to an agent and not helpful at all just made excuses and couldnt answer my questions,same old rubbish,they say they will get back to you but they dont,excuses about drivers being ill,ive never heard so much rubbish in all my life,no organisation at all,very inconpetent and decieving company,somethings really amiss with this firm.

I have a Birchbox delivery every month and my package is always open and items stolen . Trying getting in touch with Hermes no answer not interested . This is stealing!!!!!!!!!

Non existent communication, Support bot is useless, Have been waiting multiple days and they say that my address is incorrect, marked the item as undeliverable and have said "We're sorry you parcel has been delayed, We'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours" Never again

Absolutely hopeless I should have had a collection on the 29th September and was told by their driver, who was already delivering a parcel, that he couldn’t take it because it wasn’t on his list even though I’d received a confirmation email for that date. They don’t do anything unless you have a tracking number which you don’t have unless it’s been collected! Useless company so I’ve now got to wait until I get another delivery when I will be insisting he takes it.

They have had my parcel since September 17th. Their app provides no information other than tracking which is useless. The app and website are set up to provide no customer contact with a human representative. Their “live chat” is a computer generated response to pre programmed questions and gives no other info other than your tracking info. They have set up these systems to avoid being answerable to their customers. Personally I lose 50% of items purchased and delivered through Hermes The level of lost parcels can only mean one thing and that’s the staff are thieving parcels ad reselling them. That or their logistical organisation is whoefully inadequate.

Absolute dumpster fire of a company, they don't have the time to deliver packages on time or the attention to keep from loosing them but you can be sure they will measure your package and if it's 3 cm out they'll charge you additional £10. Avoid like the plague, especially combined with eBay packlink.

Unbelievably incompetent Unbelievably incompetent! Package help at depot for 12 days, when other packages ordered from the same supplier going to the same address 2 days later have been delivered 7 days ago. Customer response bot is useless, tells you what you already know, ie: "we've got your package". SO DELIVER IT!

No communication ,terrible robot website, no one gets back to you , I’ve been waiting in for my parcel for 2 days , the courier doesn’t contact u , very frustrating, terrible service avoid

Updated 23 minutes ago Absolutely appalling Hermes Absolutely appalling! They never ever let me know that they are delivering something by ringing the bell or knocking on the door or contacting me. They always just leave it behind one of the wheelie bins which is what they, not I, have decided is a 'safe place'. They do this even when the item would fit through the letter box, even when the door to the porch is open, even when I am in. I only find out that they have delivered something by checking the supplier's website, I don't get any notification from Hermes. Is it a problem? Yes, I have a new book today which is water marked from the rain, totally unnecessarily. This is non-existant customer service.

I'm waiting for a parcel, and when l found out it was Hermes l panicked.l have never had a good service from them .failed to pick up parcels.lost parcels.told lies that they had come to pick up parcels no one in.BLOODYLIARS. do not know how the company survives.dosent deserve to .It would do us all a favour.

Hermes continually provides the worst delivery services for the past few years. Every time Hermes gives me a date for delivery and they don’t turn up on the day. Every time there’s a message on their system “Sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel today…”. They give another date and the same thing happens again. Moreover, Parcels get lost time and again. Drivers mark them as delivered but they are not. I go onto their website to check what has happened and then there’s the usual message that they were not able to deliver but still marked as delivered on the site I’ve placed order from. Then there is no number to contact them directly to chaise things. I wish I could choose companies not to send parcel with Hermes.

Awful. No delievery, no information, no follow up on enquiry, whoever invented their phone and computer system is truly truly evil. I hope they are found out. One star is far too generous.

The driver did not try to contact me in person, he just left a box on top of the communal post boxes. The box was heavy and difficult for me to reach and fell, hitting me on the head.

I went to pick up my parcel from the shop, in these conditions, completely torn, besides having waited 15 days to arrive. Too much delay, confusing tracking, too much waiting. An order from China arrives faster than this company works here in Uk. Unprofessional

Said I'd signed for the parcel. In reality, no one had attempted the delivery. The photo of my "signature" was fake - I imagine the delivery driver wrote the signature and nicked the parcel. The Hermes website doesn't let you contact a real person and there is no way for you to get compensation for an obvious case of theft. Never, ever, use this company. How they are still in business I don't know.

one of the one of the worst delivery company in the UK.horrible customer service.my parcel have been stopped in the warehouse and they claim this lost.goodies wet more than £200.they offer £20 conversations.I will take your parcel if they see is not insured avoid this company for your own good

No recourse at all, no customer service at all, no means of contact, no resolution of issues. Hermes has a technical issue on their website for international deliveries, this issue cost me money and there is no way to let them know they have the issue, wont be using their service again.

Absolutely ridiculous. When you send valuable items they do not care. They mixed up delivery and their customer service is not responding, no email available to answer. I paid for the delivery and didn't receive any compensation. Even on their system my item still is on delivery mode forever. Management is not taking responsibility for their driver. Obviously one of the drivers on the way steals the delivery. As a result, I need to take it to court. Do not use it!

Hermes says it deliveed 56 rolls of toilet paper to my address. The "proof of delivery picture" shows a random door and certainly not mine. I have cctv proof that there never was a delivery at the time and date stated. I would show it to Hermes but you can't get in tough. I have 3 replies from an automated system saying my complaint is being looked into and I will be contacted in due course. I cannot even reply to these emails as replies are not accepted.
