If I could give 0 stars I would. What a waste of money. I ordered this apple watch and set up with my new orange band it came with. When I tried the ridiculously expensive leather band, it didn't fit. Now I'm around 125 pounds and have tiny wrists! I contacted Hermes directly about my watch and they said because I set it up, they wouldn't exchange the second band. I called the next day and the customer service rep had said she would send a label, they would exchange the band. I sent my watch in and it was just returned with the same band and a note they could not help me. Apple picked the wrong company to partner with. Hermes is a joke and now I have a ridiculously expensive watch with a band that doesn't fit. This is so disappointing and people need to be warned.

Hermes makes me shudder when I hear that an online purchase is being shipped by them. They may be cheap for the shipper but they are a disaster for the receiver. Lost parcels, false claims for having delivered and a total inability to speak with anyone at Hermes. Give them a wide berth - they are totally useless.

Disgusting paid next day with a retail order they sent it but they can’t manage to hold up their end and deliver on time I will be feeding this back to company I work for which my order came from no reply excuses needed.

I only knew my parcel was arriving because I checked the tracker. I stayed in all day no sign, can't speak to anybody but automated chat. Parcel never arrived tried contacting again next day auto chat told me I had already contacted previous some help that was even though I was supposed to get email and call. I tried to track again and said sorry for delay your parcel will arrive within 24 hours I will not hold my breath on 4th day. Contacting and communication non existant I would use any other company in future and if company I was buying from used these I would buy elsewhere.

Another bad experience, my stuff has still not been delivered, and no attempt was made today to deliver, even though they claim. Also no contact number, number provided only gets you through to a machine, not helpful!

Parcel was damaged on delivery and £200 worth of items inside were missing. Contacted the seller of the goods and confirmed they dispatched everything and will be in touch with Hermes. This happened in Norwich, prior to blackfriday. All i can say now...hope these thieves get what they deserve and i will get my items soon.

Had plants delivered that were in a terrible condition. The box was marked as plants but looked as though someone had been playing football with them. Dumped outside front door.

Can't even give them one star!! Hermes lost my parcel, I couldn't get hold with anyone for two weeks, then finally I've been told that all they can do is apologise!!! For refund I have to contact my seller. They are the ones who lost it and my seller has to refund me??? That's their policy. AVOID HERMES!!!!!

This "company" should not exist. Their couriers tend to throw parcels to the ground, even fragile ones, like one of them did with my parcel yesterday (very unique coffee cups) with stupid laugh. It wasn't first time like that but this time it was important, fragile and labelled as fragile. On the end, the way to make a complaint and contact with them in general is difficult or even impossible. I would not give even one star. I do not recommend using their poor services.

Another parcel "missing/lost". I hate it when I order something from a big company and I find out that Hermes are delivering it, fills me full of dread because I don't think I've ever really had a good experience. I honestly don't know why big companies use them, I'm guessing they're cheap? I have nothing good to say about them at all. Trading standards need to get involved.

An extremely disappointing experience. I sent a package for next day delivery which went missing, it was tracked as collected from the pick up point and that was it. Despite several messages & telephone calls to Hermes customer services i could not progress my claim for the compensation quickly, they have their system & no amount of chasing up makes a scrap of difference. It took almost 4 weeks to get my claim settled. Since reading this review site I am amazed at the number of items that Hermes either lose or fail to deliver, there is obviously a major issue within this company in regard to taking care of the packages that they handle on behalf of their paying customers. As a company Hermes give the impression that they don't care about their customers & it is apparent having read through these reviews that it causes severe distress to many people. From my own point of view , I shall put Hermes into the realms of history & the next time I have a package to send I will use a more professional company.

Truly awful courier service. I'm on day three of what should've been a next day delivery. Online tracking is deceitful, often updating with retrospective information. Pathetic online chat that does nothing but put you through the FAQ, no email address to contact customer service - sure sign they are incompetent but want no written record of it. Will now check courier service for any online purchases, if they use Hermes I'll shop elsewhere. Debenhams use them, and I unfortunately I will not be online ordering from them in the future

Tried to deliver to a billing address instead of delivery address and even then did not leave it and then could not get it for another 7 days

I use Hermes for my eBay postage and have done for years, but I'm looking for a new courier since they have changed the label page, its STUPID !! No fast track to eBay anymore, takes twice as long and an ENORMOUS label which is no good if you are sending a smaller item ,Sort it out please !!

Claim they delivered parcel. No notification through my letterbox. Email shows pic. of doorstep, with no details of where it is, but it is not on my street.

Says it's been placed in a safe place yet could not find it and my front camera didn't pick anything up. The picture proof was just a black screen.

I have received an email and text from MyHermes UK that my Asos parcel was delivered to my student accommodation. However, the wrong package was delivered. I have upload screenshots as a proof. I tried contacting Hermes and was not able to find an email or number to contact them from, only an automatic Bot with limited capabilities to track my parcel. If this review was received by any of their customer support services, I would like to request either the right package to be delivered or get a refund.
