DO NOT ORDER FROM HERMES! THEY DONT CARE. Chose next day delivery as I needed something ASAP as I was leaving the country in a few days. Been 5 days now and still hasn’t been delivered, though I’m trying to get a refund now as I can no longer get the package as I’m not going to be here to get it. tried contacting customer service 100 times, firstly using a stupid “holly” bot which is a stupid way to make you think your getting help when you’re not, you can’t even contact a real person. You just get the same limited options and answers every time. It’s hopeless. Secondly, you get the option to call the support team. This one actually made me laugh, they think they’re so smart. Had the audacity to put up a customer service line, but when you try yet another robot first ask for your tracking number, and even when it is 100% correct it annoyingly says “sorry I cannot find this tracking number”. What is the point? It’s hopeless. They simply put it up to give you a fake sense of security and make you feel as if there’s help when you’re all alone. This terrible, lying, scam and disgrace of a service has caused me to miss something I needed and I can’t get where I am. If I could, I would give them -100 stars. I’m not mad at the fact that my parcel still has not come, that’s a common mistake in delivery services. Sure, sometimes parcels get missing, bit other services actually try and prevent and make up for these. In fact, With Hermes, these aren’t even mistakes. They simply know what they’re doing but just don’t care. This is just a lie and a scam and such a service should never exist. Please don’t do anything to do with Hermes, you’ll regret it.

Hermes & Amazon behave like GANGSTERS Hermes have now in league with Amazon and eBay have failed to deliver 58 orders in an eloborate SCAM that removes my money from my bank account to earn money in either their bank accounts or third party accounts! They are acting like SCAMMING GANGSTERS!! Yesterday, I had to stay in for the delivery that never arrivd and lost a £20 deposit for a table at a restaurant!

Despicable company! Repeatedly LIE on the delivery status. Say “we tried to deliver but you weren’t in” repeatedly when they have been nowhere near my property, then 2 days later say “there’s a problem with your address” (there isn’t) it’s been going on for years. There is no way to contact them at all. The latest lie today was that they “tried to deliver but the business was closed” it was my HOME address and they were nowhere near me. They just LIE. They fail to deliver until up to a week late if at all. They have absolute contempt for their customers and drivers are allowed to just write “we tried to deliver but you weren’t in” and “the business was closed (at a home residence” without having to provide any photo evidence. The bloody “Holly” bot only gives you options to choose “delivery info” where it just tells you the same exact lies or for some reason a box saying “damage to your home or car” you can’t ask it anything at all and if you ask to make a complaint or for customer services it just says it doesn’t understand and isn’t even programmed to give you that information. I have been keeping a record over the last year of how many times they LIE and say they “tried to deliver but you weren’t in” when I was in and it is 9 out of 10 times. If anyone knows how to do a proper complaint to Hermes in writing please tell me and also how to complain to some consumer rights thing or something. I HATE Hermes and I would give them MINUS 5 stars if I could. They are making me ill and making living my life very difficult because so many companies use them I have continual stress of things that I need not arriving and being LIED to and not being able to contact anyone from Hermes to do anything about it. There are things that I need for my health or just for living life and I don’t live near any shops so rely a lot on online shops. I shouldn’t have to contact companies multiple times a month to tell them Hermes has failed to deliver and to ask them if they can help to sort it out and then usually it not being sorted out, just more lies and waiting days again never sure if I’ll receive items that I have paid for in good faith and that are needed.

This is the worst I’ve every been treated my a online designer brand. I am so disappointed in Hermès I order a sandals I receive the item it was a size 8.5 instead of a nine. I decided to return it so I look at the bottom ams realize it had stains and water marks looked like a use or store model sandals I immediately call Hermès o was told to take a pic of the sandals immediately and email to Hermès customer service I did. The representation apologize told me she would email me the return info and I should return it the following day. I think o return it the day after because I was running around preparing for my vacation. I order a second pair before any decision was made on the previous pair. I receive that within 4 days. Anyhow when o return from my vacation I received a email from Hermès that they did not send me a use or floor model so they decided to ship back the smaller size used pair of sandals and charge my fiancé credit card a second time. I so disgusted with their customer service I will never spend another dime with Hermès and I’m going b to call the news Channel on them I want my refund back.

Can't understand how they can leave Parcles in unsecured places where public walk by ie near public pavemet more than once. Bad communication no customer service who ever gives goodvteview must be a one off because I have had nothing but problems from Hermes do not bother requesting where to put parcel ie neighbour or secure place can't be bothered just leave where ever won t be surprised if this is ignored TERRIBLE

8 days ago received message that parcel was ou for deliver for next day. Following day got message saying delivery had been delayed but would be delkivered next working day. Nothing heard from them since. Tracking web-site basically says same thing. Impossible to talk to a human. Their contact bot is an absolute joke.

I completely understand that the past couple of years delivery drivers have been under a huge amount of additional pressure and this results in delays sometimes. However, Hermes have been like this even pre-Covid and haven't got any better since things have slightly eased. Countless times I've had next day delivery not fulfilled by them when I pay extra for it from the company I've purchased from. Other couriers like DPD and Amazon seem absolutely capable of fulfilling this. No word of a lie, in the last year I've had about 15 orders by them be delayed by a whole day or even 2. 3rd world problems I know, but when you pay extra for the privilege of next day delivery and its consistently late with absolutely no valid reason given at all, its incredibly poor. This week for example, My parcel was due on Wednesday, I was given a time slot, then halfway through that time slot I had an update saying they couldn't get to me today?! They said they'd deliver the next working day. That day came and the tracking hadn't updated, parcel still not delivered and the next working day again (today) I still haven't had an update. Shockingly poor. Now they've also got rid of their chat and email service so you either have to ring or speak to a computer bot. Times are tough and companies are stretched but this happens way way too often. I really hope Hermes read these reviews and that companies stop using them if customers want their delivery any time soon.

When you pay for next day delivery you will be lucky if you get your delivery in 4-5 days. When it does arrive it won't be at the specified delivery address. You then chase to find where your delivery is and they send you a picture of your goods on a random doorstep that you don't even recognise. They are an absolute JOKE!

Ordered shoes from Puma and they lost the parcel in local depot. Updated me saying it is delayed and they will get it moving within 24 hours. 2 weeks later they are still trying their hardest to get it moved in 24 hours to somewhere, but clearly not towards my address. No way to contact them and ask what's happening. Puma saying just wait. After 3 weeks Puma finally refunded money so I ordered again. Guess what? Hermes striking again and by the looks of it they lost that one too as the story repeats itself and they have been Trying to get my parcel moving within 24 hours for a couple of days now. I really hope they will deliver this time as losing 2 parcels in a row in a matter of few weeks is a real achievement for their business. 0 customer support 0 useful updates 1 parcel definitely lost 1 parcel still somewhere in the infinite Hermes abyss trying to find its' way to my house. Sending a parcel? Better save you some money and buy a lottery ticket. Will have more luck with it.

Next day delivery paid for. The company I bought from, no problems, get the usual emails from Hermes "we have you parcel" "out for delivery" "we will deliver between 9-12" It's now 5pm and the dog has peed all over the floor because if I dare take him out, you know they will claim they have delivered at that time. Apparently the driver is still out for delivery and Hermes say "it could come until 8pm" but we all know that isn't the case and it's just lost somewhere or not delivered by someone who couldn't be bothered. My issue is, why say 9-12 at all, if you could deliver until 8pm? I've always hated Hermes and I've noticed companies have stopped mentioning their name on their delivery service.

Where is your customer service… Where is your customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is your customer service a digital service, there is no human to communicate with !!!!!!!!!!!????? I have been trying to report a lost parcel for more than a week and there is no human in your customer service to speak with and you replied with emails that are not related to the problem at all. Your customer service phone call also a digital that doesnt help at all. You dont even have a special form to report a lost or damage parcel. You are making things difficult so people dont send claim reports or what exactly

Hermes collect all of my Amazon returns and deliver around 1 in 5 parcels we receive in total. The delivery staff are always courteous, friendly and punctual. It looks like many of the reviews are made when something goes wrong so for a balanced opinion I would look around. I personally would recommend them based on my own experience.

I have been using Hermes for sending mainly eBay parcels for at least two years now, dropping the parcels off at the local shop. Apart from one parcel that went astray (but was eventually delivered in good condition) I have not experienced any problems. Equally to date I have not had any issues with deliveries to my address either. Sometimes they can be a day later than their expected delivery, but this is only an estimate so is not usually a problem for me.

Second time they "lost" my parcel, this time it was a bike worth £500. Hermes are a terrible company especially if you want to get in touch with customer service as there is none.
