“I am thankful to this service. Thank you specifically to CL and Anthony, I had multiple emails with questions, and they had a mistake with giving me an old application form and re-sent me with another one, but even better is that my calls were almost always answered and before ending the call, they would summarize what was handled. “I didn't find the evaluation team competent enough to do the evaluation. In my case the evaluation team wasn't even aware of one of my professional qualification and they asked wrong document 2 times, I then explained the structure of the qualification over a 15-20 mins call and after the call even the evaluation team granted training credit which is absolutely weird. I reiterate the evaluation team lacks capability and basic understanding of the qualifications they are evaluating. Further, the evaluation team didn't award credit for additional qualification that I obtained in 2021 citing a very generic reason which is wrong again that the qualification is pretty similar. I am not sure how US agencies are putting trust on such institutions who lack basic understanding and capability to assess the qualification.”
