“It's unfortunate that after spending almost $300 with your agency to provide a hard copy of my evaluation (which is stored at your company), that I will have to spend an extra $45 to get it emailed to me.”

“The evaluation process was super fast but its super inconvenient that you cant pay your invoice on the website (you have to wait to receive it via email). My evaluation was completed few days ago and I am still waiting on the final invoice to receive my documents back (after several emails). If not for that, it would be 5 stars.”
