“Overall Service is good but I feel like they overcharge for some services, they want to charge $45 for an email to be sent of the report which is way to high, I could understand $5 maybe $10 but not $45. Just be aware of prices when ordering.”

“IEE was always ready to assist, and once they received what was necessary, their turn-around time was quick. One comment meant to be helpful: IEE's documentation covers a number of use cases, but in my case - the originating institution would not or could not provide original documentation, only confirmation of my graduating, so fortunately I had copies of my diploma/transcript - was not fully covered. In particular, I needed to snail mail - not upload - my copies to IEE; maybe add this use case into the online documentation more clearly. Otherwise, exceptional!”
