“It's a very good and reliable website for evaluation. Took a little longer than 3 days because I chose the not guaranteed option but it was here within 5 business days. The customer care line also responded within minutes when I started panicking. I would rate it 10/10.”

“I had a very positive experience with International Education Evaluation (IEE). The process of having my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees evaluated for US equivalency was straightforward, and the website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate the necessary steps. However, the evaluation took over more than a week to complete the process of granting equivalence. If possible, reducing the time duration for the evaluation process would further enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your service!”

“Following up on my previous evaluation, I submitted additional documents for review on 5th Sep as I was not satisfied with the initial assessment. Unfortunately, it's been a week since I sent the documents and I'm still awaiting a response. I would appreciate an update on the status of my review and an estimated timeline for a decision. Looking forward to hearing back from the MYIEE team soon.”

“All services are excellent from customer support to service delivery. The only thing is that the website should update the notification feature when the application has problems or missing documents, it will be better for customers to learn clearly about stuck problems like my case.”
