“I am extremely satisfied by the standard of your employees and by extension the organization. Regardless of the time and number of questions I had I was dealt with patiently. Once my transcripts were received I was alerted. The evaluation was done within a few days after the receipt of my documents.”

“The overall experience was immensely satisfactory and the customer service was great; not only was the staff very cooperative in answering questions before the order was placed, but also afterwards, as they swiftly coordinated updates on my evaluation. The only constructive advice would be to convey a little more precision in requesting the documents required for a specific evaluation and defining how they would be considered official, (it is important for the customer to provide clarifications and adequately communicate as well). However, there was no real issue as IEE's prioritization of customer satisfaction allowed them to navigate those obstacles and provide a sufficient evaluation in less than 3 days!”

“I'm not satisfied with your process. It last too long and caused that I missed to get scholarship. Many times asked to upload my documents. I used your service because it is mentioned that at least 5 days my evaluation will be done but near 20 days just they asked me to send documents and some of my documents were uploaded by me at your website.”

“Low rating because it took more than a week to get the response. Website say 3 days and then it asks to pay extra money for guaranteed 3 day response. This is kind of misleading and annoying. These things should be clearly stated on the website.”
