“your 2-day expedited evaluation is 5-star esp. if we are meeting a deadline for college applications. emailing credentials from school for international evaluations is 5- star maybe u can make chat support response a bit faster althought they answer questions and are very helpful - 4 star the day evaluation is ready, make it to be picked up by USPS the next day, not waiting more than 24 hours - 3 star find way to send credentials through portal of NursingCAS and GradCAS. have it your IEE dropwdown menu..”

“I paid for a service I did all the work for. I understand certain countries you need additional documents for. But the process you explained and the process I had to go through were completely different. It took me over 3 months to get all the documents. I had zero help. I think the process should be discounted for the countries where the person has to do all the work.”
