“They took $60 and rejected to evaluate my Ain Shams university certificate even after I told them that I have contact the university for a transcript for this certification specifically and they said that the topics are mentioned in the certificate itself with the total grade of graduation. They are not offering a separate report for this certification as it is considered a professional certification. Very very bad experience.”

“Your a reliable trusted organization, but the process is a bit bureaucratic which I understand you deal with sensitive issues i.e transcripts.I wish you may put "Frequent Asked Questions" in your website so a client can read and understand,and may reduce direct communicate to customer service desk.You may also publish a Standard Operating Procedures.”
