“I highly recommend IEE for transcript evaluation. I chose the Guaranteed 3–5 business days option, and they completed it very quickly. The support team also responded to my questions promptly and was extremely helpful. I’m writing this review because I previously used another company (W~) and had a very frustrating experience; their system made it difficult to reach customer support, they ignored my requests, and even after I canceled, they still charged me a $50 fee. Compared to that, IEE was reliable, responsive, and much easier to work with. The best part was that my university could send documents directly by email instead of postal mail, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Overall, IEE is an excellent choice if you want a fast, reliable transcript service without the hassle of mailing documents. Thank you again for the great service!”

“I truly appreciated the prompt responsiveness of customer support, both by email and phone. My evaluation was delivered on schedule once all required documents were received.
