“I remember I was able to chat with Glaiza from the support team. She answered all the questions I had before I ordered my evaluation. “Your customer service and your response time was quite satisfactory. All I hope there was a way you could give everyone who avail your services at least 5 free digital evaluation sending Service. I spent close to 200 USD for this evaluation. Now sending it to 5 more university would cost me close to 150 USD.. a total of 350 USD is a close to 2 months salary in my country. I understand you have a business to run, But I hope in future you can give aspirant students this benefit so that they can take the leap of a US degree without thinking how it might hurt their Wallet. I wish an incredibly successful business future for you.”

“I keep repeating myself, I'm assuming my email are not understand read well. The timeliness is almost a week to respond to answer. Example you enquire for an additional document and take a week to respond with the same enquire. I want to make call to express myself but i don't have the contact”
