“Since I don`t live in the US it was very difficult for me to send the documents you were requesting.The documents were sent first by an authority of the University I attended but you did not accepted it.I was really hard for me because I had to send my original documents which will be not sent back to me because It will be very expensive paying so they can be returned to me.”

“Thank you for considering my review. I really appreciate all of your efforts. Personally, I faced some challenges with my payment for the first time, being told that IEE has not received my payment($263). Then, one of the IEE’s agents told me that if they receive a second payment from me, they will issue a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet although I contacted my issuing bank, they didn’t issue the refund either. I am confused with where my money has gone as IEE says they haven’t received the first payment and my bank says that they have made the payment successfully. I hope I get my money ($263) back now that my second payment was successful and my evaluation is completed.”

“Hello David, I appreciate the quality of your services. I have a suggestion to enhance user experience. It would be beneficial to include an option for users to save uploaded documents for future payments, especially if they intend to make payments later or after signing in from a different system. Thank you.”

“Ultimately I was satisfied IEE’s service, the do however need to rewrite their verbiage on what’s need for evaluation purposes. I did not see the point of asking for one’s original transcript and diploma and then ask the individual to in turn ask their University to send IEE the same transcript and diploma. In my view it would be much more easier if you get everything from the University.”
