“I would say that my problem was addressed, however I don't understand why we shouldn't have an official report on the account. It would be easier than relying on the email which you are not sure if I have received the report or not. My 3 day guarantee was met but with an unofficial copy. I had to call customer service and wait for the official copy on an alternative email.”

“Hi , My experience is very good with IEE . I do admire their swift response to my request and right evaluation of my credentials . Well , there is always a room for improvement . I have a suggestions for IEE to broaden your team who deos evaluaiton by including members from some most famous industries such as from banking and finance or General Insurance etc Thanks”

“My first two engagements were superb. I recently (February 20, 2024) placed another request to send an extra transcript to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Since via email and to-date, they haven't seen my transcript. Is there a possibility that you can resend or I will have to pay again? Regards,”
