“The credential evaluation was done rapidly, which I really appreciate. Nevertheless, the user interfaces can be improved. For example, I cannot change the file name of the documents uploaded.”

“I am impressed by the knowledge of the staff about standardized international exams and I liked your thorough description of the procedures you followed to translate them into US equivalents. The only reason I didn't rate my overall experience with IEE 5 stars is that it looked like you didn't know well how official IGCSE results come out late (in November) and hence the provisional results that are sent by Pearson in August are the only thing students have until the official results come out. While this is not a problem for students who continue in the same school or in other British schools, it becomes problematic for students like my son who is transitioning from a British school into an American school. Until I wrote emails and called and explained the situation, the evaluation process was stalled and hence my son was not able to start classes in his new school. I hope you will understand this situation and provide timely service to other students coming from British schools in the future. Thanks!”

“Your customer service and your response time was quite satisfactory. All I hope there was a way you could give everyone who avail your services at least 5 free digital evaluation sending Service. I spent close to 200 USD for this evaluation. Now sending it to 5 more university would cost me close to 150 USD.. a total of 350 USD is a close to 2 months salary in my country. I understand you have a business to run, But I hope in future you can give aspirant students this benefit so that they can take the leap of a US degree without thinking how it might hurt their Wallet. I wish an incredibly successful business future for you.”
