“I am please with the service. I would recommend to put the transcripts in plastic mailing bag because it was raining the day I received mine and my papers were all wet and some smeared. It was stressful, luckily my evaluation was fine.”

My process included an evaluation not only of the degree, but also of a residency program, however, your team did not consider the evaluation of the residency. “Overall very good. They do provide a fast turnaround, I received my evaluation letter less than 3 days after they had all the information. I am not giving 5 stars because it was not clear in their requirements that I had to provide the documentation in both English and the native language. And even if you knew about this, their websiste doesn't allow you to upload a pair of documents for the same item. The way around is to create a single PDF that has both the English and the native versions in the same file. They could have clarified this, I lost two days because of this issue.”

“Decent company that allows a transcript to be sent to them by email and if you keep calling them regularly, they will get your stuff done relatively quickly. Btw, my old Uni is in Poland and of course, they don't speak English there but MyIEE Team was receptive to my input about cultural difference and I am happy that I chose them.”
