“I really like the services you provided to me. I will always be grateful. The communication via WhatsApp is so convenient and very fast. “Thank you for considering my review. I really appreciate all of your efforts. Personally, I faced some challenges with my payment for the first time, being told that IEE has not received my payment($263). Then, one of the IEE’s agents told me that if they receive a second payment from me, they will issue a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet although I contacted my issuing bank, they didn’t issue the refund either. I am confused with where my money has gone as IEE says they haven’t received the first payment and my bank says that they have made the payment successfully. I hope I get my money ($263) back now that my second payment was successful and my evaluation is completed.”

It would be beneficial to include an option for users to save uploaded documents for future payments, especially if they intend to make payments later or after signing in from a different system. “Ultimately I was satisfied IEE’s service, the do however need to rewrite their verbiage on what’s need for evaluation purposes. I did not see the point of asking for one’s original transcript and diploma and then ask the individual to in turn ask their University to send IEE the same transcript and diploma. In my view it would be much more easier if you get everything from the University.”

“Hi Everything seemed acceptable. However, some points: At the online submission system, there was no requirement to upload the original PhD degree, and after several days, I received an email requesting for this, and I think this delayed my work. Also, I sent a message via Whatsapp as introduced at your website, but no one answered me. I heard from my friends that you completed the task in three days, but this was longer for me. Wish the best for you.”
