“I'm satisfied with the customer service. It took almost 1 month for the whole process, due to some unavoidable circumstances. MyIEE team has fixed my problem whenever I identified a problem. The process should be expedited since after receiving the correct documents. I would recommend IEE to my fellow people and prospective ones.”

“SUPER Professional and SUPER Fast Service I am really satisfied and impressed with IEE's services . I was worried about sending original university certificates and maybe losing them but IEE were so professional and sent me back my certificates after evaluation safely and super fast (without any damage). Thank you so much Glaiza and Ann for your amazing support throughout the process.”

“I will rate the service as good. Staff is efficient. In the middle of the process I was asked to submit additional documents which was later decided not required. This put me in stress for a while. Other than that service is good and prompt.”

“Honestly we're very disappointed about few thing's; let me explain in detail i hope somebody notices this and makes it better for others. 1. We've paid 40$ to send the important education mark's card and cert's back but you guys are using USPS which took almost 8 days and it's most unreliable service. I'm not sure on what basis you guys choose USPS while we paid 40$. We choose UPS to send the priority mail to reach your office in 2 days which just cost's 17$ and better service they provide. 2. it's highly difficult to reach you people , please help and make the customer interactions better.”
