“I suggest you consider using other evaluation services. A 3-5 business day turnaround isn't realistic. Even if you submit the required documents, you still have to wait for their processing time, which counts as Day 1 for them. Before you purchase, they may advertise a 3-day processing speed, but after that, there are many factors to consider, and they'll likely pressure you into paying an additional service fee. “I am please with the service. I would recommend to put the transcripts in plastic mailing bag because it was raining the day I received mine and my papers were all wet and some smeared. It was stressful, luckily my evaluation was fine.”
