“I needed a copy sent directly to my military recruiter and I added his email however there is a mailing copy coming. It’s delaying my recruitment process and being available online for my Air Force recruiter to print or download is not an option. This is very poor as far as access is concerned. Once I’m logged in with my credentials it should be available to print or download now my mail is backed up due to the Christmas holidays.smh.”

“All the staff were so supportive and willing to help even amidst some technical challenges they were so helpful and provided very helpful alternatives and instant feedback and solutions. It was a very humbling experience to use IEE and I would recommend anyone to use IEE for its authenticity and great customer care.”

“Among all the evaluation institutions I came across, I found IEE the most affordable with an impressive delivery time. I doubted at first because it was too good to be true, compared to the others. I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision I made. They responded swiftly to my emails and they delivered the evaluation transcript to the school I was applying to right on time. I would totally recommend IEE anytime and any day.”

“Unfortunately the evaluation for my high school diploma evaluation didn't get the approval from CDPH LFSUnfortunately the evaluation for my high school diploma evaluation didn't get the approval from CDPH LFS as the evaluation says grade 11. I needed the evaluation to show that my high school diploma is grade 12. I graduated from high school grade 12 as the high school in Iran is grade 12. Now I I'm about to lose my job.”

“I am a student with Georgia Tech. The most convenient aspect of doing business with IEE was its direct integration with institute's portal through which they securely delivered the official transcripts. Exchange of original internation education documents was also done well, I receoved them back in their original condition. The transcripts were timely delivered as well. I would have loved to rate the services better, had there not been an unwelcome surprise. IEE did not deliver a sealed copy of the transcrpts to my address. When enquired, they stated that the order was discounted one, which did not entitle me to receive a copy of the transcripts. While, I chose not to debate it further, the online application instructions clearly mentioned a question asking whether I would like to receive the transcripts over the same mail through which they would send back the original documents. However, in plain sight, there was no mention of the clause I was told of.”
