If you order from the company, be prepared to wait for a long time. On Amazon mine came within a week but the quality is much worse than the original pillows. Never again.

Ordered towels 3 weeks ago. Just got notice the order has not shipped but they are working on it. Never again!

I ordered the sheets for Mother’s Day, they never come, call to track the order still not be shipped. Very disappointed! If you order get ready for long wait

Got one last yr that had a zipper on the actual pillow and tons of stuffing so you could take it in and out to get the desired height. Outside was soft. Ordered original and 2.0 this yr and the quality was HORRIBLE. Already flat a month in and neck ache ensued. Way overpriced. Quality has gone way down. Now I've got 2 pillows I can't use and have to pay $20 to return them.

Bought the towels they fade on to everything you wash with them. Have to put a fabric grabber thing that collects dye and turns out blue and still doing it after washing for 2 months now. One towel has a definite flaw line it. Now I know why they tried to sell me premium towels at twice the price of ones advertised on TV.

Place an order April 5th and the product has not been shipped. Every time I call they say it is being shipped. Still no tracking number.

It has been 2 weeks since placing the order and it still has not shipped. Cant get in touch with anyone at customer service because they are always "experiencing a heavy call load" and the wait time is more than 30 minutes. All I want to do at this point is cancel this stupid order. Will never order from this company again and I recommend everyone just avoid this place. If I could give negative stars I would.

worst place to order anything. text me all day about great product, good savings. Finally ordered sheets, pillows and pillow cases. After 3 weeks, got a call telling me the pillow cases I ordered aren't available anymore so I picked another one. next day, another phone call telling me the ones I picked yesterday is not available also. So they advertise products they don't have then kept telling me to pick some other trash they couldn't sell as replacement. Almost a month later, still nothing shipped to me.

Horrible. Lumpy and makes me sweat. I've gotten better pillows from TJMAX. At $100 Totally a scam. My dog plays with it now

Long shipping time, pillow 2.0 overpriced and not nearly as good as original because it is way understuffed and doesn't hold its shape. Poor customer service, doesn't stand behind product, and is not interested in customer satisfaction.

Take your money fast but delivery takes forever. I still haven't received my order and they blocked all my emails to them wanting to know when my order will finally ship. Very unhappy with my pillow will never order again

Older pillows were GREAT! Latest purchase NOT! Typical corporate giving you less for more. Seems less stuffing that doesn't fluff as well.

Bought my first 2 My Pillows in 2017, which I purchased from a retail store. They were great, and they remain so today. However, I decided to get new ones and ordered 2 standard pillows. They arrived....one was completely unusable (uneven fill, even after throwing in the drier for 15 minutes on high heat and "fluffing", per instructions). The other was OK, but "not really". Contacted customer service. The rep was very nice, and she sent one replacement. It's better than the one I'm going to return, but still not as good as the originals from 2017. I figured the reduced price I paid for these was due to cutting out the middleman, but no....these are simply inferior products. I'd rather pay more and get better quality and MADE IN THE USA (WHICH THESE ARE). I'll still return the one pillow as promised and will live with the other two, which I expect will have a life expectancy of 3 months or less.

I have my pillow for at list 8 years .I wash it and dying it and is like new. I will buy it again.

We purchased My Pillow pillows several years ago (when they were hand stuffed) and just replaced them. They’re not the same. When I opened them there were large flat spaces between the filler. After drying, they seemed good but the filling settles into the original shape when using. It appears, to sell them for a cheaper price, My Pillow sacrificed quality.
