It has been 25 days since I orderd two pillows and two sets of sheets. Love the pillows. My original set is 10+ years old and it was time to replace them. I placed my order on 10/16/25. Called today and the rep said they are woking on my order and will send me an email. She also advised me it has bee JUST 17 business days since I placed my order (within their guidelines). The only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because I LOVE the versatility of the pillows. I will not be ordering from My Pillow again. Should be interesting to see when I receive my order.

Ordered two items from them, paid the smaller shipping , stated that this would cause shipping to be about 10 days(holy smoke), its now been 18 days. Called and found out they don't even know when they will be shipped, when asked why they have no idea. Cancelled the order. Sad to see this but they have no excuse for not shipping it.

I bought 2my pillows from QVC about 10 years ago and absolutely loved them. Just ordered 2 from your website and am very disappointed in the quality compared to 10 years ago. I got a really good deal but I would have rather paid full price and get good quality. Will not be buying anymore or recommending them like I used to. Very sad!😞

Ordered pillows October 7th for guest coming 25th. Today is 21st and still not shipped. Very unhappy with customer service cause they never answer phone. You just listen to Amazing Grace over and over

This pillow sucks. It leads to NECK PAINS & NIGHTMARES..., literally horrible pains & horrible NIGHTMARES. My back is also in pain.

If I could give it 0 I would have. I purchased pillows. I called the company to tell them how lumpy and terrible they were and they told me to put them in the dryer. I did and it helped them a little for about a few days that’s it. I would not recommend them as they are made with cut pieces of foam and are extremely uncomfortable. Plus took over 2 months to receive. Now I’d never buy any products of theirs.

Be careful when you order from this company. When they offer you a free gift, you're actually buying a $50 subscription every month for an energy drink. I called customer service and was rudely told that it was in plain view to opt out of it.

Purchased three for years we all been using my pillow. This September I received half filled pillows.i put them in the dryer like the man on the phone told me to, but still very loose and lumpy sent my granddaughter to college with 2 of them and still no good. Please Mike sending me some filler I will stuff them my self.. very disappointed, because we all love these pillows in my house! But this batch is terrible!

I have been waiting since September 16 for my pillow. They have my money and I still haven’t received it my purchase. I have complained several times and the answer we are gonna put in in priority mode. Very disappointed and I hope I receive my item and it’s better than the service.

I ordered three pillows, received one. And have been over charged by a few hundred dollars! I called customer service and after explaining my situation, they left me on hold for over 20 minutes with no help! Do not buy from them, he clearly needs money!!

I invested on 4 my pillow and they were the worst pillows I have ever purchased. I will never recommend it to anyone. People please dont waste your time and money on thses pillows. Believe me when I say my old used pillows are better than these brand new ones I purchased. Ill probably donate them to a pet if they even care for it.

Received the premium queen, my pillow after three weeks and messaging twice why not delivered. Pillow is lumpy when you lay at you can hear the foam crunch into your ears. The premium, my pillow queen look like a baby bed pillow had to pay $10 to ship to me and had to deduct $10 to send it back. Never again, no my pillow for me.

It took two tries but I did find a pillow that works great for me. I gave only 4 stars because my initial order directly with My Pillow took almost a month to get to me. I used their guideline for ordering, and followed the chart which indicated as a small, 5'4", 120 lb person who wears a small sized T-shirt, I should order the second from the bottom pillow loft. It was way too thin and didn't have enough fill to keep my head propped up appropriately. I called and they sent out my free replacement pillow (the next size up for loft, with 30% more fill) and it shipped within a day! Can't figure out why the original order took over three weeks. I got it quickly and it is perfect! The return was easy. I printed the form, packed it up, and shipped it back via USPS. No credit needed, as I was never charged for the replacement. Now on to comfort. I have major neck issues and was waking up every hour. I was using a $100 Tempurpedic pillow but it was too hard. Even my ear would go numb while side sleeping. Then I tried a softer foam pillow that had a rounded edge. Still not perfect and neck pain returned most days. I felt worse when I woke up than when I went to bed. I don't know how they do it, but my the My Pillow technology is a game changer. Clearly it's not just "a bunch of cut up foam" in a case. I have had zero neck pain since using this pillow! Something I never thought possible. And I've tried so many different and very expensive pillows in the past. I haven't changed anything else, so I know this pillow somehow gives me the proper alignment for my neck and back. But, don't necessarily follow their chart when deciding which pillow to order. I needed more fill than my "size" indicated. They let you sleep on it for 30 days, and will replace/exchange it for free, so what's not to like.

Ordered some bed sheets and pillows and somehow got a subscription to some kind of energy drink for $50 a month. Did not get it canceled in time and had to pay for the first one. I am surprised that my pillow stooped to levels like this. When I called customer service, they adamantly said it was in plain view, however, it is not. Be alert when you're buying from my pillow. I had four previous orders. However, there will never be another one.

Got a free gift that ended up with a secret subscription to 50$ 12 pack of disgusting energy drinks. Totally duped me. And the website is all pop ups and fake deals. I supported him and bought these way over priced pillows because of his values. Never again

I ordered the wrong size pillow . Attempted to return the pillow but UPS wanted to charge $11.33 dollars for a return label . I contacted Amazon who contacted the company . No return label sent from company . I contacted AMAZON again and they contacted the company once again . The same response . They will email a label . Not holding my breath ! I will not order My PILLOWS again . Poor customer service .

Don’t order my Pillow from this website I ordered on aug 13 and still not received them. I called they said they don’t ship out until 17 business days not counting weekends and holidays. So they made me pay 20.00 to receive in 5 days. Never again. Also customer service loves to tell you it’s not 17 days yet. It sounds like they have joy in telling you.

My Pillow has had my order (and my money) for over two weeks and the best they can offer is "soon "and that "they will let me know." What a mistake on my part. Never again.
