Got a free gift that ended up with a secret subscription to 50$ 12 pack of disgusting energy drinks. Totally duped me. And the website is all pop ups and fake deals. I supported him and bought these way over priced pillows because of his values. Never again

I ordered the wrong size pillow . Attempted to return the pillow but UPS wanted to charge $11.33 dollars for a return label . I contacted Amazon who contacted the company . No return label sent from company . I contacted AMAZON again and they contacted the company once again . The same response . They will email a label . Not holding my breath ! I will not order My PILLOWS again . Poor customer service .

Don’t order my Pillow from this website I ordered on aug 13 and still not received them. I called they said they don’t ship out until 17 business days not counting weekends and holidays. So they made me pay 20.00 to receive in 5 days. Never again. Also customer service loves to tell you it’s not 17 days yet. It sounds like they have joy in telling you.

My Pillow has had my order (and my money) for over two weeks and the best they can offer is "soon "and that "they will let me know." What a mistake on my part. Never again.

Got the wrong pillows after waiting a month for them to get here one is fine the other had hardly no loft and was the wrong pillow very over priced and I’m very unhappy with the quality

Bought one 15 years ago. Best pillow I ever had! Just got my new one.....HORRIBLE! Barely anything in it. DO NOT waste your money! A cheapy pillow ranks better than this.

My Pillow 2.0 are awful. Followed all instructions and never fluffed up correctly. Kept thinking they would get better, but sadly no. Not enough fill in the firm and big chunks of uncomfortable fill in the extra firm. Not worth the price and do not recommend.

My pillow wasn’t even half full. I washed it and dried it thinking it would help. It didn’t not happy at all. It is like sleeping with it in a ball just to have some softness. I am very dissatisfied

Garbage! Half filled and took a month to ship. They did send me a email at two weeks telling how the are "diligently" working to get it shipped. There must a total of 3 employees working there.

Why would it take 17 day to ship this is not exceptable .Do you make them to order i could live with 7 day but not 17.

Do not waste your money on these pillows. Over a month to ship; absolutely no head support, your head sinks to the bottom of the pillow; very lumpy; the less expensive ones are exactly the same as the higher priced ones. These pillows are NOT the same as the original ones (which were excellent). Huge disappointment.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of pillows July 21. It's August 3 and I got an email telling me that my order hasn't been shipped yet and they will notify me when it does. Since I placed the order I have had no less than 4 emails a day telling me about deals and products that I should buy from them. I'm very disappointed. My wife ordered her new pillows from another company, they were half the price I paid and they took less than a week for her to receive them.

I hate to give them 1 star but unfortunately I can't give less. I ordered a pillow on June 15th and as of today July 30th I have not received it nor can I get a hold of them . They haven't acknowledged my emails and they do not answer the phones. I even filled out the form they have online but that didn't help either. My advice is not to waste your time with this company.

I ordered a pillow and the delivery went from 10-14 days to 14-17 days. I repeatedly called and they said twice that I would be put at the front of the line, that was last Monday. I called this afternoon because I had not heard from anyone since Monday and they told me that it just shipped!!! I called to cancel. Was never sent any correspondence that the order was shipped 10 minutes before I called? How does this company stay in business? Never again?
