My pillow SUCKS. Waste of money!!!! Thanks, my neck is now 10x worse!

It has been 2 weeks since placing the order and it still has not shipped. Cant get in touch with anyone at customer service because they are always "experiencing a heavy call load" and the wait time is more than 30 minutes. All I want to do at this point is cancel this stupid order. Will never order from this company again and I recommend everyone just avoid this place. If I could give negative stars I would.

13 days and still hasn't shipped. Glad in no hurry. Are they coming from China?.

worst place to order anything. text me all day about great product, good savings. Finally ordered sheets, pillows and pillow cases. After 3 weeks, got a call telling me the pillow cases I ordered aren't available anymore so I picked another one. next day, another phone call telling me the ones I picked yesterday is not available also. So they advertise products they don't have then kept telling me to pick some other trash they couldn't sell as replacement. Almost a month later, still nothing shipped to me.

Long shipping time, pillow 2.0 overpriced and not nearly as good as original because it is way understuffed and doesn't hold its shape. Poor customer service, doesn't stand behind product, and is not interested in customer satisfaction.

Take your money fast but delivery takes forever. I still haven't received my order and they blocked all my emails to them wanting to know when my order will finally ship. Very unhappy with my pillow will never order again

I ordered 2 pillows and neither I or my husband liked them, might as well been sleeping without a pillow

they don't dry any better than any other towel I've ever had to smear the water around

Fabric (not the seam) ripped apart in the washer, and there were foam pieces everywhere. I wash my pillows every 6 months and follow the directions precisely. Will just throw the second one away before I try to launder it again!

I purchase a MyPillow set of towels, arrived almost two weeks after I placed my order. These are the worst towels I ever purchased. Terrible absorption, they are thin as a handkerchief. I can not say enough about how lousy they are. The Pillow Guy he sure is a good salesman he convinced me to buy them.

Placed my order March 9th today is March 13th. No shipping confirmation yet, so I cancelled my order. Hard to believe they are made in USA if it takes more than two weeks to ship. It's a pillow!

My percale sheets have been washed 4 times. They are still very stiff, too large for my very high queen mattress even after using a sheet bungee on the fitted sheet, they wrinkle like crazy, they feel cold which is not good for winter, the pillow cases are way over sized even on the My Pillow pillow, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep with all that loose stiff fabric under your face. You'd think the My Pillow cases would fit nicely on your My Pillow pillow! I guess if the sheets were made in the USA as well they might for better. And lastly, their customer service is awful!! The products are guaranteed, and they will accept them back as long as you pay for shipping. There are only good reviews on their website and none are accurate. There were a lot that said they get softer after every wash. That should have been a sign that they are too stiff!! They make a very sloppy bed

Mike says that the $75 shipping fee has sailed......LIES...HE DOES NOT SAY THIS ON HIS TV COMMERCIALS IT'S ONLY ON ORDERS OF $75 OR MORE. There is not enough of a selection in My Pillow sheets and sheet sets. There should be more of a selection. It's still the same since day 1.

Ordered 2/28. No confirmation except one text to say shipping was delayed. Couldn’t get any info. Told company to cancel order.

My husband placed a order on Feb 23, 2025, still waiting to receive it on March 17, 2025, I am highly dissatisfied with the shipping, when tracking order it sits for days at a facility, if it's coming from Minnesota it shouldn't take this long, needless to say I will never order from them again!! 😡😤🤬

I had the original my pillow and it's still going 6 years later. I waited one month and the 4 pillows were pure trash filled with chunks of foam. I can't imagine these are saleable. I returned them immediately and lost $16 on shipping.

Horrible communication. They send you sales emails all day but you can’t send them an email to inquire about an order. They all come back as undeliverable, since they are an unmonitored email. Delivery sucks. After 4 weeks, still no product. Phone service sucks.
