I bought a MyPillow 15 years ago. Best pillow ever! I know over time, it is not as firm so I just took an older pillowcase and sewed it smaller to make the pillow firmer as suggested when I bought that first MyPillow. Now 15 years later and many other pillows I have invested in, I decided to order 3 more MyPillows. Still waiting for them to be shipped: that was 17 days ago and still waiting! Customer service sucks!!! 17 days and my pillows are still "processing"!!

These are by far thethe worst pillows we have ever had at our B&B! Many complaints!

Since my purchase 2 weeks ago, I’ve been receiving about 4-5 emails daily with all their specials. I have yet to even receive the product.

Unfortunately, before purchasing I only read the reviews on their own website, which are overwhelmingly positive. If you go outside of the My Pillow website, the reviews on different sites are mixed or overwhelmingly negative, and now I understand why. We ordered three of these in three different firmness types and the less firm you go the worse they are. Especially the lowest loft. It literally feels like it's about half full of the weird little hundreds of individual foam squares that the pillow is made up of. Kind of like buying a bag of potato chips these days where the bags are literally only about halfway full or less! Anyway, every night before you lay down you have to fluff the pillow back up to recenter all of the odd little squares. If you don't, most of the time they're all squished out to the sides of the pillows, even on the firmer ones. Once you do that on the firmer ones they are pretty comfortable again, but the big problem is that all the odd little squares get pushed out to the sides during the night on most nights, depending on how restlessly you sleep. Would I buy them again? MAYBE for what we paid (about 20 bucks each, on sale), but more than that, NO way. I expected better because of how much these are hyped up in the promotions! On second thought, NO, I would NOT buy these again! The only real positive was supporting a fellow conservative in this divided US we live in these days.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of pillows July 21. It's August 3 and I got an email telling me that my order hasn't been shipped yet and they will notify me when it does. Since I placed the order I have had no less than 4 emails a day telling me about deals and products that I should buy from them. I'm very disappointed. My wife ordered her new pillows from another company, they were half the price I paid and they took less than a week for her to receive them.

Bought three pillows medium. They all suck they’re only partially filled. And then when you return them, you get $9.99 for processing.

My Pillow never made me happy due to the headaches of sleeping on the Firm pillow. It has never gave me a good night's sleep. I feel Customer service never offered an alternative. Just a Lost in money.

I hate to give them 1 star but unfortunately I can't give less. I ordered a pillow on June 15th and as of today July 30th I have not received it nor can I get a hold of them . They haven't acknowledged my emails and they do not answer the phones. I even filled out the form they have online but that didn't help either. My advice is not to waste your time with this company.

I had ordered a My Pillow quite a long time ago. It shipped relatively quickly and was the best pillow I've ever had. I ordered another early this month, and it's been 23 since my order and I still have not received it. I've called customer service twice. First call, we'll put a rush on your order. I called today, same response. I will say that the people I spoke to were very nice. The shipping issue needs to be seriously addressed. Maybe I'll get it by Christmas?

I ordered a pillow and the delivery went from 10-14 days to 14-17 days. I repeatedly called and they said twice that I would be put at the front of the line, that was last Monday. I called this afternoon because I had not heard from anyone since Monday and they told me that it just shipped!!! I called to cancel. Was never sent any correspondence that the order was shipped 10 minutes before I called? How does this company stay in business? Never again?

I had one about 10 yrs ago. It was such a a good pillow. I ordered new ones a year ago, it is one of the worst pillows I have. It's flat, not much stuffing it seems. I am now having to search for a new pillow. I won't buy again. Don't know what you guys did to the pillows. Our whole family has them, very dissatisfied with them.

Claimed it was "cool" but I found it no different than other foam pillows and when I spoke to customer service all she suggested was a cotton pillowcase. Didn't help at all. Also pillow is quite lumpy...

I like the pillow for the fact it fluffs back up after you wash it , unfortunately it does lack stuffing it doesn't stay firm. Also just ordered the sheets , I am washing them before putting on the bed so I hope they are great but I have to say, It took 30 days for me to get the sheets

I have an old, 7 year old my pillow and ordered a new one. I ordered an upgraded one at a higher cost and I'm warning anyone not to patronize this company. The new pillow is flat, with half the stuffing than the original. And lumpy! Mike Lindell is skimping on materials due to his financial troubles obviously. Very, very disappointed!
