“I purchased two My Pillows many years ago from a store, it was time to replace. After checking the tags on the old pillows, there was nothing to denote the type, so I ordered two new pillows, one with extra loft. It took three weeks to receive the pillows with instructions to place in the dryer for 15 minutes. It does not instruct heat value. After 20 minutes, pillows were removed and placed on the bed. Upon lying down, my head went almost to the mattress. Next day, an additional 30 minutes in the dryer did not change the outcome. I contacted My Pillow, I can exchange them for an upgrade pillow for more money. I looked at the web site again to make sure I hadn't missed a description--I had not. NEVER AGAIN. Either the material used to stuff is inferior to before or not enough is placed in the pillows. Completely unacceptable merchandise. I went to a store today and purchased new pillows from a reputable company.”

“Bought 2 pack standard size at Ollie's. Original pillows from several years ago were great and I still use. These recently purchased are trash. Not enough stuffing. Flat after couple nights on bed.”

“After receiving an almost flat pillow but later fluffed it up and it grew bigger and bigger. It actually went beyond my expectations. That was the fast night I slept at home as well as I sleep in five star hotel pillows. It's like sleeping on a cloud. so soft and so comfortable. 5 stars to my pillow for sure!!”

“My wife placed an order for the 3" Mattress Cover on May 2, 2025. M Pillow said it would be delivered by May 22. We called My Pillow today, May 23, and were informed it has not even been shipped yet! This is how "Mike Lindell" treats his customers?”

“The pillow is filled with cheap lumps of foam rubber. Very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a sack of dog food. I've read about the problem with trying to return it, so I'm not going to even bother trying. Seems like I've learned my lesson... I fell for the hype. This one is going into the Goodwill box.”

“If you order from the company, be prepared to wait for a long time. On Amazon mine came within a week but the quality is much worse than the original pillows. Never again.”

“Got one last yr that had a zipper on the actual pillow and tons of stuffing so you could take it in and out to get the desired height. Outside was soft. Ordered original and 2.0 this yr and the quality was HORRIBLE. Already flat a month in and neck ache ensued. Way overpriced. Quality has gone way down. Now I've got 2 pillows I can't use and have to pay $20 to return them.”

“Bought the towels they fade on to everything you wash with them. Have to put a fabric grabber thing that collects dye and turns out blue and still doing it after washing for 2 months now. One towel has a definite flaw line it. Now I know why they tried to sell me premium towels at twice the price of ones advertised on TV.”

“It has been 2 weeks since placing the order and it still has not shipped. Cant get in touch with anyone at customer service because they are always "experiencing a heavy call load" and the wait time is more than 30 minutes. All I want to do at this point is cancel this stupid order. Will never order from this company again and I recommend everyone just avoid this place. If I could give negative stars I would.”

“worst place to order anything. text me all day about great product, good savings. Finally ordered sheets, pillows and pillow cases. After 3 weeks, got a call telling me the pillow cases I ordered aren't available anymore so I picked another one. next day, another phone call telling me the ones I picked yesterday is not available also. So they advertise products they don't have then kept telling me to pick some other trash they couldn't sell as replacement. Almost a month later, still nothing shipped to me.”
