15 days after you took my money I still do not have a pillow. In fact the guy from Mypillow said it would be another 5 days before they shipped it. I canceled the order. Worst shipping arrangements in the entire world.

Weeks have gone by, no pillow. Called customer service and every button I pressed stated please hold and then hung up. Finally after an hour of calling was told by a rep order not even shipped and it could be another month before it is.She stated large orders they can’t keep up with.

During the 1950's and 1960's our town had a factory called Faultless Rubber Company. They specialised in all rubber products. Even baby bottle nipples, condoms, hot water bottles and their particular specialty was their pillows stuffed with tiny foam rubber pieces. So I decided to try the My Pillow that a friend gave me that they no longer wanted. I had headaches every morning. Then I remembered what my doctor told me during the '50's. He said the foam pillows don't allow your head to actually rest, they just float on the foam and don't relax causing the neck to not rest and the head puts its' weight on the neck all night long.

Horrible product. It looks like a sack half full with small clusters of foam inside. No support at all. I’m giving it a 1 star because the return policy is simple but I’ll hold my breath to see how long it takes to get my cc reimbursed. Really don’t waste your time. Also it took a month to receive the product and at $65 each not a bargain.

Ordered two pairs of sandals. It has been 17 days ago and they have yet to ship. This really strengthens the saying " slow boat from China". This is the slowest shipping experience I have ever had. I ordered something the other day from Home Depot. It arrived in just over 24 hours. I also ordered through United Health Care. I don't know how they did it, but , I ordered it at 4:00 in the afternoon and it arrived at 5:30 the following morning. If they can do this, My Pillow should be able to do much better.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I was shocked at the lumpy (pieces of foam) used as a filler. It's uncomfortable and I wake with a headache. I am so disappointed.

These are the worst pillows ever. Cheaply made and it hurts my neck. Even walnart stopped selling them.

Tracking an order sucks! You have to chat with a level 2 Bot. Will never buy anything from them again. At the prices they charge for their merchandise tracking should be automatic. What a waste of over $209 and my time!

I purchased 6pcs towel set. I had purchased a set several years ago & loved them. My recent order was NOT the quality I had purchased in the past. I will no longer order from My Pillow.

For the time it takes to ship a pillow I could have raised a sheep, shaved it, designed a pillow, created a pillow company, and shipped myself a product. 3 weeks and not a single update. Had to call customer service, wait on the phone for 30 mins to cancel. Never again.

I can not express our level of disappointment with this product. This product is vastly inferior to the "My Pillows" of the past. The amount of time (over a month!) to actually receive our order was frustrating, then once we opened the pillows, we could not believe the lack of quality. On top of that, having to pay to return them is insulting. We like the idea of what "My Pillow" stands for and the fact that it was made in America, but come on, Mr. Lindell, you can do better!

I've been sleeping on my pillow for several years. I recently had to purchase a new one let's start with the shipping speed. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes a month almost to get a freaking pillow. Now let's talk about the quality of the pillow. I got the same pillow I had before this time it had about half the amount of stuffing in it as my old one and there was no gusset around the outside. I wanted to throw it in the garbage I was so aggravated when I opened it. It feels no better than sleeping on the one that I had that was 2 years old. I'm actively searching for a replacement for my pillow because I promise you I will never buy another one. I will sleep with my head on a rock first.

I received my pillow slippers for a Christmas present in 2023 and they have only lasted a year and 2 months the soul is falling off from the slipper everything is rotting around it and I kept these in a box and only wore them on several occasions never wore them outside never buy these slippers they are awful

Ordered on the 2nd of Feb. 14 days later still not shipped. Called since i had not received any shipping notification was told it will be delivered in another 10 days at the latest. Will never use this company again.

These pillows are not at all like they were years ago. I waited 19 days to recieve them. I was suprise how they were vaccum packed. I followed instructions and put them in the dryer. They fluffed up, but not near enough to fill the cover. The original one I have is crammed full and does not flatten. These are horrible. Lesson learned.

I have 4 pillows that I love. Ordered sheets and love those too. I ordered towels 2 weeks ago and they haven't even been prepared for shipping. The worst customer service EVER and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for 30 years! I'm furious right now. 20 minutes on hold and still no answer! I'm canceling my order!

I wouldn't even give it a one star! I have been excited and waiting for it. Soon as I got it, I was completely disappointed! I have been wanting one these pillows for so long, and finally had the money to get one. I waited and waited. I opened it up with such excitement, to be let down. Then to find out I can't even return it. I'm so disappointed. I related to Mike's story and so happy to support someone like him and the business. And just to be let down. 0 stars for me :(
