“My neck got stiff after using my pillow products. I will never purchase my pillow again”

“Bought my first 2 My Pillows in 2017, which I purchased from a retail store. They were great, and they remain so today. However, I decided to get new ones and ordered 2 standard pillows. They arrived....one was completely unusable (uneven fill, even after throwing in the drier for 15 minutes on high heat and "fluffing", per instructions). The other was OK, but "not really". Contacted customer service. The rep was very nice, and she sent one replacement. It's better than the one I'm going to return, but still not as good as the originals from 2017. I figured the reduced price I paid for these was due to cutting out the middleman, but no....these are simply inferior products. I'd rather pay more and get better quality and MADE IN THE USA (WHICH THESE ARE). I'll still return the one pillow as promised and will live with the other two, which I expect will have a life expectancy of 3 months or less.”

“We purchased My Pillow pillows several years ago (when they were hand stuffed) and just replaced them. They’re not the same. When I opened them there were large flat spaces between the filler. After drying, they seemed good but the filling settles into the original shape when using. It appears, to sell them for a cheaper price, My Pillow sacrificed quality.”

“Purchased 2 original firm queen size pillows several years ago. Loved them! Easy to wash, fluffs up great after daily use, stopped the neck pain I received from previous pillow, however, they were not made with the cooling material that the newer ‘my pillow’2.0 is advertised to provide. I recently ordered 1 -“my pillow” 2.0 to check it out. For a USA company , I was extremely disappointed with the delivery process. It took a month to finally receive delivery. ( for 1 pillow) I have received items from china in less than half the time. For all the advertising they spend money on , they should have a much more efficient delivery process. The 2.0 pillow was also a disappointment. It wasn’t as firm as my original pillow,and wasn’t any cooler to the touch,as advertised. I’ll keep it as a spare, but I’m switching back to the original. I took a risk with the 2.0 and basically took a $40 bath”

“Fabric (not the seam) ripped apart in the washer, and there were foam pieces everywhere. I wash my pillows every 6 months and follow the directions precisely. Will just throw the second one away before I try to launder it again!”

“All the complaints are about the wait. Good things come to those that wait. I’ve tried out about 30 different pillows, bamboo, the TikTok pillow, charopratic certified pillows, Serta etc. none have helped the way mypillow has. My wife used to complain about my snoring, when I got the mypillow she said I don’t even snore at all, I also have arthritis in my shoulder and it has hurt really bad to sleep on my side with any other pillow than the mypillow. This pillow is revolutionary.. does the wait suck? Absolutely, but don’t wait last minute to order a pillow and you’ll be fine, or be patient for good things come to those that wait.”

“I purchase a MyPillow set of towels, arrived almost two weeks after I placed my order. These are the worst towels I ever purchased. Terrible absorption, they are thin as a handkerchief. I can not say enough about how lousy they are. The Pillow Guy he sure is a good salesman he convinced me to buy them.”

“Placed my order March 9th today is March 13th. No shipping confirmation yet, so I cancelled my order. Hard to believe they are made in USA if it takes more than two weeks to ship. It's a pillow!”

“My percale sheets have been washed 4 times. They are still very stiff, too large for my very high queen mattress even after using a sheet bungee on the fitted sheet, they wrinkle like crazy, they feel cold which is not good for winter, the pillow cases are way over sized even on the My Pillow pillow, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep with all that loose stiff fabric under your face. You'd think the My Pillow cases would fit nicely on your My Pillow pillow! I guess if the sheets were made in the USA as well they might for better. And lastly, their customer service is awful!! The products are guaranteed, and they will accept them back as long as you pay for shipping. There are only good reviews on their website and none are accurate. There were a lot that said they get softer after every wash. That should have been a sign that they are too stiff!! They make a very sloppy bed”

“Mike says that the $75 shipping fee has sailed......LIES...HE DOES NOT SAY THIS ON HIS TV COMMERCIALS IT'S ONLY ON ORDERS OF $75 OR MORE. There is not enough of a selection in My Pillow sheets and sheet sets. There should be more of a selection. It's still the same since day 1.”

“I understand that they take a while to arrive. It is annoying but Mike Lindell DOES say quantities are limited or low. I have had neck problems for a while and even after surgery I couldn't find a comfortable pillow. Then I ordered a My Pillow. Problem SOLVED. My neck is now as comfortable as ever.”
