My husband placed a order on Feb 23, 2025, still waiting to receive it on March 17, 2025, I am highly dissatisfied with the shipping, when tracking order it sits for days at a facility, if it's coming from Minnesota it shouldn't take this long, needless to say I will never order from them again!! 😡😤🤬

I had the original my pillow and it's still going 6 years later. I waited one month and the 4 pillows were pure trash filled with chunks of foam. I can't imagine these are saleable. I returned them immediately and lost $16 on shipping.

Product is good but time it takes to deliver is absolutely unacceptable. Birthday surprise totally ruined. I will not shop with you again and I swore by your company in previous years. You don't care anymore Rate D.

Horrible communication. They send you sales emails all day but you can’t send them an email to inquire about an order. They all come back as undeliverable, since they are an unmonitored email. Delivery sucks. After 4 weeks, still no product. Phone service sucks.

Pillow, when it finally arrived is fine. Not extra special, best I ever had pillow. For the sale price I paid, ok deal. Customer service, though was not even close to ok. Rude, condensing,argumentative! Worst service ever encountered. Will never deal with my pillow again!!!

Placed my order on February 27, 2025. Today is March 13, 2025 and the order has not shipped yet. Never again.

Bought 2 Classic Pillows. Lumpy, bumpy, and only filled 1/3 of the covering. Not worth $1, let alone what I paid for 2!

I love My Pillow towels! They are extremely soft, absorbent, and wash well. I purchased the normal bath sheets as well as the luxury bath sheets over a year ago. They still look new. Honestly, these towels are as good or better than the more expensive brands I have purchased in the past. Please don't change a thing about these towels! I won't be buying any other brand!

If I could give a negative, I would. These pillows are awful to sleep on. I tried to use it and threw 3 that I purchased out the first night,! My daughter said she had the same experience.

Update on waiting on my order that I placed on February 10th, it is March 11th and still no pillows. Ridiculous! The fact that they didn't even ship out until February 28th is crazy. Now I'm reading reviews on how the quality has gone down hill, I'm not expecting much. What a waste of time and money. 😡

The new pillows for $14.98 are much worse quality then when I purchased the original my pillow years back when first introduced. They are no longer very supportive and less fill.

Ordered a body pillow in the middle of February, they said it would be here by March 7. Today is now March 11 and still no pillow. When I check the tracker online, it says that it's still stuck in PA and it has not moved so far since yesterday morning. I wanted to support Mike and made in the USA initiative but if this is the way he is going to run his business, then I have to say "no thank you" to future orders. And just to let anyone know since I read the reviews on here saying the pillow was bad quality....it never used to be that way. My mom bought my dad one like 20 plus years ago and he STILL has it. Lol....its bad to hear what happened to the quality of the product.

I agree with everyone else, my order took weeks to get to me! I ordered two Queen size pillows but what I got was standard size. They arrived rolled up like a tube in the same small package. I put them in the dryer for 15 minutes like the instructions said which did fluff them some but the material inside was horrible. It reminded me of someone pulling little pieces of foam apart and stuffing it into the pillowcase. I tried it and lasted only 1/2 the night, it was so uncomfortable on my neck and did not conform to my neck and head. My husband tried it and has used it so far, only 2 nights, but he can sleep anywhere and on anything. I do not recommend this product at all!!! Very disappointed and will never order from them again!!!!

I'm very disappointed. Ordered med. standard/Queen, it's just standard size, very small. But my biggest complaint is the filling. It is not very full and it is very lumpy. We have had neck aches every since we got them. We have to fluff them several times during the night. It's very hard to get adjusted. My husband has already returned to his old pillow and I probably will do the same. The body pillow was way too full, not enough room in the bed for all 3 of us. Lol. The multi use travel pillow is so small, its almost laughable, its like a toddler pillow. We are all around unhappy. Waste of $80 plus. I wanted to support Mike Lendell but I have great regrets.

Ordered 4 pillows a couple of weeks ago. Still have not shipped. Told by rude Customer service representative that pillows should arrive by March 13. still have not received any confirmation as to the shipping. Again, Customer service not only was RUDE but very difficult to reach. Will never buy from them again.

I have had 2 My Pillows for over 5 years with no problem. This one I just purchased is horrible. Slept on it one night and the foam sinks where my head was. Mike Lindell needs to stop spending a fortune on advertising on Fox news and put that money into a better product. I also have to pay to ship it back. Buy a Serta.
