“Overall a good experience, the website is a bit dated and garish, but the product is very good, well priced and good delivery. The only really annoying thing is that you did not send me an invoice and you did not email me one either, and I need this as I am a trader.”

“I ordered plates from showplates . as it was after there opening hrs I sent an email to amend my order .plates arrived not to the spec I wanted them changed to .thus I have plates I cnt use legally .reguards dave trip”

Hi David, Thanks for your feedback, however looking back at your order I can confirm you have had exactly what you designed and ordered. I acknowledge that you did send us an email however this was too late due to orders being processed through our automated system as soon as they are placed, being a bespoke product we would not be able to sell this to anyone else. unfortunately this was your error and it would not be fair to expect us to absorb the cost of this.
