Hi Dave, I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Having looked at our system there is no record of you contacting us regarding any problems with your order. We always try to resolve any issues as efficiently as we can as this is part of our after sales service. “Unbelievably prompt service. I ordered a new plate for my trailer on Friday, needed delivery on Saturday which was just a few £ extra and it arrived promptly on Saturday morning. You can't get much better than that so I highly recommend this firm.”

“Easy web page to understand with plenty of choice. Pates were received in Aberdeenshire quicker than if I had ordered from England with no extra cost as opposed to some of the places in England that charge extra for a AB51 post code. Would recomend this product far above the rest. Gold star experiance”
