Hi Rob, Thanks for leaving us your comments. Looking at your order history however I can see that you ordered 1 set of plates with a certain type of font and then ordered another set of the same reg but with a different type of font, this is clearly displayed as the order is designed by the customer and therefore you have had exactly what you designed and ordered on both occasions. There is no history of you having tried to contact us either by email or telephone, should you have done, we would have been more than happy to assist you and answer any queries wich you may have had. I am also sorry to point out that you did not try to contact us with your concerns prior to leaving a review. We hope to be of assistance to you again in the future. “The number plate I ordered has a Lexus logo. The reproduction of this was of poor definition, with a fuzzy appearance. This is in complete contrast to the remainder of the plate which was of high quality. JJR”

Hi Sue, Thanks for your comments. Having looked at your order, you did not enter any spaces when you designed the plates and these were printed exactly as per your design via an automated system. The spacing between digits is standard and legal and not to be confused with failiare to enter any spacing where required. Thanks Gary www.myshowplates.com

“I ordered one pair of plates, on receiving them they were different, I contacted Show-plates to complain, the lady was not at all helpful, I had not got the spaces right when I filled in the information on line. She was rude and had intention of trying to solve may problem. I rang the company the next day to complain and left a brief message, no one has ever returned my call, and I still have two odd plates. NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE and NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AVOID.”

Hi Graham, Thanks for your comments. I have looked back at your order and I can see that you entered a space on the front plate but did not enter any on the rear plate it is not uncommon to have all sorts of different orders and the emphasis is on the customer to enter the correct details. This would also have been shown on our plate designer. Once the order is placed it is automatically sent to our automated system and printed exactly as designed by yourself. I am sure you can appreciate that this was an error on your behalf and as this is a bespoke product and we would not be able to sell these to anyone else. “If the number plate I received had looked like the picture on screen at the time I placed the order I probably wouldn' t have been stopped by the police and told to change the plate because the letters and numbers were too small. Then I wouldn't have had to go to Halfords to buy another number plate. Showplates are a joke.....”

Hi David, Thanks for your feedback. Looking at the order you placed from us, you ordered a motorbike plate and these need to have digits on top and bottom to accommodate the registration with standard size digits. as you tried to cram the whole reg into one single line the system automatically adjusts the font size to fit the smaller plate. Clearly it would be impossible to fit the full reg on a single line as the plate is too small and commonly bike plates are over two lines. This would have also been clearly displayed on our plate designer which automatically requests two lines when designing. I am sorry to say that on this occasion this was down to yourself.
